Pros:

Hotel bien placé pour ce rendre à Eurapark.
10 minutes à pied.
Chambre correcte, pas de superflu.
Plutôt spartiate.
Petit déjeuner correcte.

Cons:

La réception mal indiquée, ce trouve à l'intérieur du restaurant.

Tutto perfetto! Camera molto luminosa con dimensioni appropriate per 3 persone.
Pros:

Posizione perfetta per raggiungere Europapark, 5 minuti a piedi.
Posizione in centro paese, con molti ristoranti e servizi.
Parcheggio della struttura sempre disponibile.
Ristorante e pub adiacenti alla struttura (non li abbiamo provati).

Pros:

Everything was perfect. Close to the Europa Park, nice staff, clean, pleasant room. We got breakfast and even a free parking ticket. It was great, we will come again. Then we will try the restaurant.

Pros:

Ontbijt was voldoende, diner keuze niet reuze bijv. keuze uit 1 saus bij de schnitzel maar smaak was eenvoudig maar prima. Personeel vriendelijk. Hotel sterk verouderd.

Cons:

Na afspraak met bol.com door gemaakte fout tijdens bookingproces hebben zowel bol.com als het hotel beloofd de dubbel betaalde kamer terug te betalen. Dit heb ik 'zwart op wit' maar na meer dan 30 mails icm het proces van de rechtbijstandverzekering heb ik besloten het erbij te laten. Het hotel reageert niet meer na de 1e keer het neergelegd te hebben bij bol.com en bol.com heeft diverse malen gereageerd dat het hotel het teveel betaalde geld eenvoudig zou kunnen overmaken en zal overmaken. Diverse reacties van hotel naar bol.com ontvangen dat de eigenaar na zijn vakantie het dubbel betaalde geld zou overmaken etc. etc. maar geld nooit gezien.
Ondanks dit sterk verouderde hotel zijn wij hier vriendelijk behandeld en is de locatie erg prettig zo dicht bij Europark.
Daar en tegen zijn het 'geldwolven' die wanneer ze de kans krijgen je simpelweg 'beduvelen'. Pas dus op met dit hotel!
