Just out of this world
Pros:

Brilliant stay, amazing food and the best team in the world… Chef Gaurav, utharan, Poorvi, the whole team were just very warm and outgoing for everything. Did so much more and made my stay so beautiful and memorable

Staffs were polite and helpful. Clean and neat facility

Cons:

Rooms were very small! Didn’t feel worth the money spent for the room we stayed in! It was very congested

Location , breakfast

Cons:

Ignorant and unhelpful staffs . They lied about availability of room and said all rooms were booked and gave a twin bed room and us to pay more than ,where as the large bed were available and showing online . Hotel was not even 40% full . All they thrown out the tooth aligners and other medical kit kept in bathroom while housekeeping without bringing into notice of the occupants . Very upset and disappointing

Pros:

Quality hotel and well managed.
Mr Pandey, the F & B Manger was especially helpful.
Also noted was the restaurant staff, Apsara and Poovi.

Cons:

The location is only fine if you have your own car.
The hotel is far from town shops and restaurants.
