Pros:

“The hotel is good and overall everything was nice. However, the breakfast was not very impressive. Since we are in Mysore, it would be great to have tastier food and more local options.”

Cons:

One thing I did not like was the staff approach. I came from Muscat and arrived directly from the airport. I had already requested an early check-in for 12 AM, and it was confirmed both by email and during a telephone conversation. However, when I arrived, I was asked to wait for one hour, which I did not appreciate after a long journey.

Also, I usually visit your property personally because I like the place, and I had requested a small piece of cake as well, but unfortunately I did not receive it.

I hope you can look into this and improve the service experience for future visits.

Top marks for this amazing IBIS!
Pros:

This is a high quality hotel. We originally booked for 2 nights but stayed for 6. This hotel cannot be compared to Ibis hotels in the UK or Europe because is at a higher level. It is very good value especially midweek. Clean, comfortable and with a good buffet breakfast. In fact everything is good: the mattress is super comfortable, there is space for our belongings, the air conditioning is silent. In the spotless bathroom everything works with a strong shower with plenty of hot water. The pool on the roof is very nice and quiet we had various swims when no one was around and so is the gym. The restaurant serves à la carte with reasonable prices. Staff were attentive and friendly. We found that in this Ibis everything worked well. It has a very pleasant style like the name says! Also you can
use Uber to get cheap transportation back and forth to the centre of the city

My room had a connecting door to another room through which I could hear loud music being played. Took the staff half an hour to lower it l after I repeatedly complained

Pros:

Everything. Beginning with reception staff. Very professional, accurate, personable, and got checked in, in the shortest possible time. Elevators, hallways, front office/lobby and rooms were very clean, smelled fresh. Rooms had the necessary amenities. The Rooftop restaurant was awesome, clean, professional staff and pleasantly furnished. Breakfast was really really good, the ambience, the cleanliness and first class staff. I am glad I found my near perfect hotel, at a wonderfully affordable price too. I will look out for Ibis Styles as my first choice in a city where it is available. Our family is looking forward to our next stay at the Ibis Styles.

Cons:

Security at the gate was cursory. Not sure if the checking is sufficient.
