Property looks new, clean and modern
No activity at the hotel though we went during Dussera ,, outside space is very limited and no outdoor garden

Ibis is like a second home for us. We love to stay here, because it's pet friendly and it's better than other hotels in Mysuru.
The team should take a more proactive and customer led approach.
I called ibis 6-7 times to extend the stay of my wife after changing the checkout date on booking.com. Each time I was assured a call back, I was not called back each time. Next day I was told to make a new booking.
To add a Cherry on the top, after notifying the team that my wife had left the wallet at home, they demanded that I pay around ₹5,500 on the spot previous day bill, and gave me two hours to do so. I had to make the trip from Bengaluru to Mysuru just to make the payment.
I get it – policies matter. But customer service is about understanding circumstances. Not every policy has to be enforced, a little flexibility and communication go a long way and would have saved the time, hassle and unexpected inconvenience of this experience.
I will keep on recommending ibis as I find it reassuring to know that women travelling alone at night can feel safe. However, when it comes to my own stays I will definitely think twice.
Lesson learned: Money is important but the customer experience is even more so.

Everything and everyone was excellent.
Excellent property, pool and spa were the highlight, simply awesome. I was glad to get an upgrade to superior suite room which was spacious but the only catch was it felt very claustrophobic as there were no operational windows, so there was no feeling of fresh air at any time, this was a challenge especially during the peak night time. Staff was excellent, we also had dinner at the rooftop bar, it was very good but needs some more staff as only 1 girl was doing everything there, she was very good! Overall it was value for money, hopefully the staff is able to maintain the hygiene, our room 301 also had bad stench in the washroom area which needs to be checked.
No fresh air in the room, bathroom was smelling(plumbing needs to be checked for bad stench)

The water tub to take bath is difficult to climb n get out. Cleaning should be better
Room was quite nice. Staff especially the mixologist on the rooftop bar needs a special mention
Verandah is meh at best. Breakfast buffet is also so so. I expected a bit more on the amenities considering it’s a four star

The main area for improvement was the housekeeping service. I had to follow up several times—almost five calls—to receive basic bathroom accessories such as towels. This caused some inconvenience and could be improved with more proactive room service and quicker response times.

Hotel is a bit further out of town than we had predicted but not a problem as it's a very cheap and quick tuk tuk or Uber ride into the centre of town.
The only thing I could find to criticise in this otherwise perfect hotel is the music in the restaurant during breakfast is both unnecessary and much too loud, which I found very irritating.
Breakfast was bad. very crowded and the tables were not clean and food quality was bad.
Very very expensive and they don't provide anything for the money what they ask for it.
