נהגי הטוקטוק מדהימים
אהבנו את השקט, את הניתוק מההמולה שליד הטיילת, אהבנו שהמלון נראה כמו כפר , האווירה הכללית והארוחת בוקר המעולה , באמת אחת הטובות שאכלנו.
המזרן לא היה נוח לשינה מאוד מעבר לזה הכל היה מעולה

נוף מקסים, מלון בסגנון תאילנדי על צלע הר וביתנים מעוצבים. שרות תוק תוק לחדרים עם נהגים אדיבים.
היינו בעבר במלון וקבלנו חדר יפה על ההר לכן חזרנו והפעם והתאכזבנו.
קבלנו חדר עם רעש של ילדים משני צדדיו ובקשנו להחליף אז הענישו אותנו וקבלנו חדר מיושן וגם לא פחות רועש מהקודם, מלא אבק כאילו לא ניקו זמן רב, השרותים מלוכלכים עם שערות ובלי סבון במקלחת.
כשהתלוננו, אבי כהן שהציג עצמו כמנהל ניפנף אותנו ואמר שזה מה שיש. הכי פגע בנו היחס המזלזל שלו, גם כלפי אחרים שבאו להתלונן, בכלל לא ניסו להבין את האורחים. שלחו כאילו מישהו לנקות שרק פיזר קצת ריח של סבון.
היחידים שהיו נחמדים הם נהגי הטוק טוק והשומרת בכניסה שכנראה יודעים שכך מתנהל המלון.
Liked the Thai style. Felt like I was abroad.

Felt that my room was not clean enough.
Took a cold shower, because I did not know that we needed to push the button to heat the hot water.
Third would have preferred to swim in the large pool and not the smaller infinity pool.
היי החדר לא דומה בכלל לתמונות היה מלא אבק בחדר המיטה עושה רעשים מזרון אבן יש אכסניות יותר טובות לא ממליץ.. יש עכבישים 🕷️ בחדרים כולל כורי עכביש חדר מאוד מאוד ישן לא דומה לתמונות בכלל
הכל היה מעל ומעבר, האוירה, המקום, הכל כל כך מטופח ומושקע.
הצוות היה אדיב ונעים מאוד. שירות טוב.
נהננו מכל רגע.
התבאסנו שהבריכה המחוממת נסגרה כבר ב4 אחרי צהריים (שעון חורף, לא יודעת מה בקיץ)
אנחנו מקפידים על כשרות מהדרין, אז היינו די מוגבלים בארוחת בוקר, שיפור משמעותי מבחינתינו היה אם המלון היה שם לב להביא יותר מוצרים שהם מהדרין בארוחת הבוקר.
Расположение, стиль отеля
За два дня до размещения в отеле нам отменили бронь по непонятным причинам, у нас были куплены билеты на самолет и мы были просто в шоке. Потом персонал отеля предложил поменять даты, мы согласились потому что почти не было других альтернатив, пришлось доплачивать за самолет, чтобы переносить билет на другие даты.
В отеле нам дали хороший номер с балконом и видом на море, но в номере пару раз видели тараканов и не только в номере, персонал доброжелательный, в отеле много чего не работало, спа закрыт, мероприятия обещали, но так его и не было.
