The location is strategic in Dukezong Ancient Town. The staff takes care of every need from transport to laundry. Breakfast is a mix of western and Asian cuisine and they are excellent 👍 Well prepared with plenty of fruits. Grind coffee is available on request. The room is so detailed to the extent that oxygen machine is available next to the bed. We felt homely and well cared by the owner.
The owner also assisted to arrange our private tour with their family associate. We had Qu Zhen as our transporter for 2 days. It was very safe and relaxed on the road with her.

Beautifully designed hotel, and very charming and helpful owners and staff. Glad we booked there! And the breakfast was fantastically prepared. Both western and Chinese style.

Shangri-La Karesansui Hotel ist eine wunderbar gelegene Unterkunft direkt an der Altstadt aber dennoch ruhig und entspannt! Das Personal ist auffallend freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück herrlich und die Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
Alojamiento idealmente ubicado y muy bonito y acogedor. El desayuno que te sirven es delicioso y muy abundante. Pero sin duda lo que destacaría es la amabilidad y cercanía del personal, que hace tu estancia muy fácil y cómoda desde que llegas hasta que te vas.
Absolutely lovely staff + great location. Lovely homestay. Every single one of them was amazing, extremely helpful and welcoming. We had a small problem in the middle of the night, were we called them and they solved the problem for us right away, with great friendliness! Loved everyone of them who worked there. One of the girls speaks great English and the rest of them did everything they could to minimize possible miscommunication caused by language barrier.
The room was very stylish and had good equipment.
Delicious breakfast and they offered a cup of local hot milk every night. As a bonus, the staff offered free pick up. That was most helpful since network problems and roadblocks would've otherwise made finding the hotel very difficult.
Wonderful homestay, which we recommended to friends traveling to Shangri-La in the near future.
No complaints what so ever. Minor problems that arised were fixed right away with high enthusiasm.

Tutto! La struttura è bellissima, in una posizione comoda. Le camere sono spaziose, moderne, pulitissime e dotate di tutto. La colazione è abbondante e preparata al momento. Le ragazze alla reception sono fantastiche, pronte ad aiutare per qualsiasi richiesta.
