Beautiful, exceptional truly a five-star hotel experience in every sense. I honestly wanted to spend all my time at the hotel and had to push myself to go out and explore the city.

It is absolutely breathtaking. Everywhere you look, you are surrounded by beauty: the entrance is absolutely stunning, the elegant lobby, the lovely terrace, and the beautifully designed room. And I equally enjoyed the outdoor area, you can see it also from the balcony how beautifully it is designed, with its trees, benches, aesthetic terrace and charming lights, it creates such a magical atmosphere.

The staff are outstanding. Every single person I met was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. The manager Wade is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thoughtful, sophisticated. Even the housekeeping team impressed me, I enter the room after the cleaning and always feel care and high professional level, they managed to keep that balance, to leave the room more or less your way, but keep it in order, clean and aesthetic, it requires a certain level of sensitivity. It was touching. In general the level of service throughout the hotel is impeccable.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The pillows, mattress, and bed linens were exceptionally soft and luxurious, making every night's sleep feel indulgent. I also loved the tea provided in the room, it was absolutely delicious and a wonderful discovery for me.

Another thing I appreciated was the intimate atmosphere. Unlike large international chain hotels, this one never feels crowded. Instead, it offers a personalized, boutique experience where you truly feel like a valued guest.

The entire hotel is a pleasure to experience. The quality of everything, from the furniture to the bathroom amenities, is excellent. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and genuinely luxurious stay.

The staff were amazing and attentive always so lovely and willing to help me when my husband was sick they went above of beyond , we will defiently be back , such a beautiful and comfortable hotel .

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Our room was a really generous size, beautifully appointed and we loved the location. The staff are absolutely incredible and make this hotel very special. On the first night we realised I left my phone and credit card in a taxi and the amazing staff helped track down the taxi driver and everything was returned, much to my relief. They also recommended restaurants, including a well-known ice cream shop. I've never experienced such meticulous room service staff - they not only cleaned beautifully, but they also organised electrical cords, hung up clothes, found an extra luggage rack etc without being asked - they are incredibly proactive. Breakfast staff were also lovely, as was the beautifully presented and nice range of breakfast options. There's a very good laundry service just around the corner from the hotel, as well as a good coffee shop and banh mi shop. NIA exceeds all accommodation we've stayed at in Vietnam (this was our 3rd trip), including 5* hotels.

The property has all the amenities and staff is just incredible and extremely helpful. Allowed us to check-in early and have the complimentary breakfast. Catered to the vegan needs i had with special meals.

It was one of the best hotels I’ve ever been in SEAA!! It’s beautiful outside and inside. Our family room was great, very spacious, comfy and clean. Breakfast was great, we enjoyed it every day. Staff is amazing, they are so friendly and helpful that you fell like you stay at your close friends’ house. Location is quiet and close to city center. If you don’t like walking you can reach the center for 3-5 min by grab.

Потрясающий отель . Все настолько мило и продумано . Стандартный номер маленький , но всего достаточно для пары дней . Завтрак выше всяких похвал . Все добавлялось без проблем . В холле играет приятная музыка . Персонал всегда улыбается , Исполняет любые просьбы оперативно
