We had a bad experience at Hilltop Munnar.
Pros:

The food was really good, and we truly appreciated the efforts of the cooking chechi and her husband, who treated us with kindness and politeness.

Ajay, the coordinator, was also very supportive and helpful during our stay.

Cons:

The television was disconnected, and when we asked, we were told there was no service at all in the cottages.

The geyser was not functioning properly, and we did not get hot water throughout.

Due to an emergency, we had to cut short our stay to one day, but the owner forced us to pay for two days, which we felt was very unfair.

On top of that, the owner’s behavior and way of talking were very unpleasant, which spoiled the overall experience.


In short, while the food and staff were excellent, the facilities and the owner’s approach were disappointing.
