Frame Galata Hotel

Please don’t ever stay in this hotel. It’s over priced. They are very dishonest and scammers. I booked this hotel via booking.com with free cancellation. After one hour of booking mine I immediately cancelled as I found better deal elsewhere. But they charged my card more than the price of the quote and when I requested refund they asked me to come via booking.com and then they say it will take 30 business days to refund my money. Just keep away from this hotel. You will loose your money for nothing.

Did the Job. Awsome location. Comfortable rooms for the price. Very freindly staff.

The front desk team was super nice and helpful. I don’t recall everyone’s name, but Sherif, Serich, and rest were great. The cleaning ladies, Baha and Beraban, were also very nice and provided service whenever we asked. The only problem is that this hotel needs to be renovated; some parts of the walls are not painted.

Very close to Galata tower, many shops and restaurants around walkable distance, very safe.

Great little hotel In a fantastic location. Staff can’t do enough for you. Rooms are spacious. Brilliant breakfast served to your room at your chosen time. Would stay here again.

Overall excellent

Breakfast was served in the room, and I prefer a buffet breakfast that offers more options. Plus, the breakfast didn’t include condiments such as salt and pepper. And since there are no elevators, the steep staircase needs more handrails. On the upside, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and they very kindly feed the street animals.

The people and service and amenities at this location were amazing. The only complaint I have is that the beds are uncomfortable which makes sleeping difficult and keeps energy low. Besides that, would highly recommend this hotel!

My husband and I loved it here and we will stay here again. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. We were on the 4th floor and the windows opened to a great view. No elevator so if walking up the stairs is an issue ask for the room in the main level. The location is awesome it’s close to everything including the metro Şişhane. Highly recommend! 😁💜

Hotel is in great location, everything is around including public transportation. Note:No elavator in this building. Kurban was so helpful and welcomed us with a great attitude.
