De ligging KLCC
Het ontbijt en het restaurant.
Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel
Prijs kwaliteit is perfect

Cons:

Het is schoon maar kan beter in de hoekjes. De lades gingen gevuld spontaan open. Misschien met magneten.

Very comfy stay !!!
Pros:

Well located within a few meters to PT. There is a connection bridge that takes you to the most amazing shopping centre . The staff are super friendly & kind. The pool area is great with a lovely view. I had a room with a view and it was fab.

Cons:

Even though the room is large, the bed super comfy it is a bit ran down. The bathroom needs a bit of attention around the shower door.

Stayed here for the new year and had a great time, so when we are unexpectedly spending time in KL, we booked Impiana again.

Great location, staff, pleasant hotel, good rooms and excellent breakfasts. Good facilities & pool.
Fair price - would come back again if in KL again.

BREAKFAST SOOO MANY OF CHOICES! LOVE!
THEY SERVED FRUITS! Just on to add on, please provide hot chocolate for drinks. Its sooo much better because you guys served a superb croissant !!!
