Pros:

Accueil chaleureux d'Alessandro !
Son partage pour l'art, sa Disponibilité nous ont plus.
La décoration de l'hôtel est soignée, la chambre est propre et très confortable
L'hôtel est très bien situé car centre historique, on peut tout faire a pied juste à côté
Une patisserie pas loin excellente ( chez Julie), Pour le petit déjeuner du matin

Hotel al centro di Livorno con buon rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

Posizione in centro storico, ottima per le nostre esigenze. Staff disponibilissimo. Camera comoda e pulitissima, bella la vista sul giardino. Bello lo stile antico di albergo e camere.

Pros:

L'unico aspetto positivo Valentina, la ragazza della reception che ci ha accolto ed è stata molto gentile con noi

Cons:

1. Ascensore non funzionante.
2. 60 euro di multa per mancanza di un posto dove scaricare i bagagli

Gem in a good location of Livorno.
Pros:

Lovely quiet hotel in a good location of Livorno. Interesting paraphernalia everywhere. I was able to check in early. Water and coffee were provided as well as toiletries. We had a room overlooking the beautiful garden. The hotel was near the market and plenty of restaurants.

Cons:

Although communication was good through messages it was strange not to see anyone (other than check-in) at all during our stay. We had a fridge in our room but it didn't work.
