Pros:

Хотелът се намира срещу метростанция и близо до трамвайна спирка. Навсякъде има магазини и места за хранене. Момчето на рецепция беше много отзивчиво.

Cons:

Стаята, която бяхме запазили, беше тройна, но беше изключително тясна за трима души. Третото легло се състоеше от два матрака, сложени един върху друг. В стаята нямаше гардероб, маса или тоалетка, стол или табуретка. Нямаше къде да си съхраниш багажа от куфарите и саковете. В банята нямаше сешоар, трябваше да си поискаме от рецепция. Всеки ден в банята имаше мравки. Определено нивото на хигиена има нужда от подобрение. Имаше по една голяма кърпа на човек. Не всеки ден се почиства стаята. Закуската е еднообразна, няма сок.

Pros:

I wish to thank the staff for the hospitality. Very friendly and caring people. They accepted us very early in the morning, as we arrived before 6AM, but this wasn't an issue, they immediately accommodated us promptly and were very helpful throughout our 4 days stay. The hotel has a perfect location within walking distance from all historical sites in the old town. Very good ratio price/quality... Lovely, tasty breakfast included... I recommend it ... Thank you guys... Have a happy new year!

Is a good little hotel next to everything clean and safe
Pros:

Is a good little hotel next to everything you need as well as the metro lines. The room was cleaned every day by the friendly staff. Is a good value for the money if you are in a tight budget.

Cons:

The rooms in the upper level share a balcony with everyone in the building. Just ask to get a better room downstairs and you will be fine

Very good hotel
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Staff was great, very friendly, helpful. Hotel location in excellent, near to metro station, lots of shopps in front, safe area, lots of good restaurants around. Breakfast was good, any time tea, coffee available at the reception free of charge. Any services can find near by, laundry, supermarkets, clothing shopps, money exchange, western union, travel agency. Bus station& metro near by 3 min walk, taxies at any time can get around. Would advise this hotel, is value for money paid. Rooms are having everything, cleanning service was good.
