Pros:

J'ai apprécié la gentillesse du personnel ! J'ai été tres bien accueilli très arrangeant et disponible !
La chambre etait toute cosy ! Une superbe étape !

Cons:

La salle de bains est a rafraîchir mais rien qui n'empêche de profiter du séjour !

Could be better value
Pros:

Good location and room had a nice view. Friendly helpful staff on reception and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Had a kettle in the room and water on arrival.

Cons:

The room was small, tired in places. The bathroom was small and old/outdated. The glass in the room was dirty inside and out with cobwebs around the bed. The lighting was poor for the wardrobe area and entrance light hummed. The sad fact was we booked this as an upgrade on some other €20 less per night options, if the room had been in this price bracket the above points would have been acceptable to us as a budget option.

Brides au coeur des trois vallées
Pros:

Je descends souvent à cet hôtel quand je me rends à Brides ; il a beaucoup de charme ( belle époque ) et a été récemment relooké juste comme il faut ; petit jardin et possibilités de déjeuner dehors ; Brides est une petite ville de cure charmante et vivante le soir ; de plus c'est la porte d'entrée aux trois vallées aussi bien pour le ski l'hiver que pour les possibilités de randonnées l'été ; le petit déjeuner est copieux et le personnel aux petits soins.

Cons:

Parking un peu étroit mais possibilités de se garer à moins de 200 mètres.

Comme un coq en pâte
Pros:

Avant tout, le personnel parmi lequel Beata qui fait tout pour qu on se sente bien. L' accueil etait tres agreable, chaque jour. La chambre etait confortable, avec vue sur un jardin ( ce qui est bien sur brides), du the, des petits gateaux....le petit dejeuner est tres bien. Et l hotel est pres du parc thermal.

Décevant pour le prix élevé
Pros:

Hotel décevant vu le prix. La chambre était vieille, peinture abîmée, équipement vétuste... La cage d'escalier sentait l'urine, la propreté laisse à désirer en général. Le personnel était cependant aimable et attentif, et le petit déjeûner correct. Mais pour 200€ la nuit, on s'attendait vraiment à mieux, surtout que les photos ne reflètent pas du tout la chambre où nous avons dormi...

Fijn hotel!
Pros:

Fijne plek, erg gezellig hotel. Knus ingericht. Er is een waterkoker met thee en koffie en glazen etc. op de kamer. Het personeel is erg aardig. Fijn dat je privéparkeerplaats hebt op het terrein. De buitendeur heeft een code, als de receptie 's nachts gesloten is. Dat is wel een veilig gevoel. De locatie is fijn, een rustige plek en toch op loopafstand van het centrum. Als je de balkondeur open zet hoor je het geruis van de beek, maar niet irritant hard.

Cons:

Er is maar één stoel in een kamer voor twee personen. De badkamer was niet heel schoon en is oud met wat aanslag. Het water bleek kort afgesloten te moeten worden aan het eind van de ochtend, maar daar wisten wij niets van. De eigenaresse heeft ons erg goed geholpen met haar klaargezette water. Maar als je net onder de douche staat, zou het wel heel vervelend zijn.
