عند وصولي مكان الإقامة في وقت متأخر من الليل تفاجأنا بأنه قام بتأحير حجزنا لأناس آخرين بحجة أنه لم يستطع سحب الميلغ من البطاقة ولم يرسل بريد الكتروني ولم يتصل بنا وظللنا حوالي فس الشارع ساعه نبحث عن فندق آخر

تعامل راقي ومكان نظيف وقريب من كل شي، يستاهلون أرجع لهم
Pros:

سعودي وانبسطت مره من تعامل الأستاذ معاذ وعبادة، ناس سوريين قمة في الذوق وساعدونا في كل شي حتى نقل الشنط. النظافة ممتازه والمكان مرتب، وكل شي قريب حوالين الفندق. بصراحه تعاملهم خلاني أمدد أسبوع زيادة وأفكر أجيهم مره ثانية.

أنصح الجميع، خصوصاً العوائل، بزيارة هذا المكان. موقعه مميز قريب من أغلب المناطق السياحية مثل أوزنجول (40 دقيقة) وآيدر (6
Pros:

أعجبني كل شيء بالفندق، خصوصاً تعامل الموظفين الراقي والمساعدة في كل صغيرة وكبيرة. ساعدونا في المواصلات، الترجمة، تنظيم الرحلات، موقف السيارات وحتى في حالة مرض الطفل حيث تواصلوا مع الإسعاف بسرعة.
النظافة ممتازة، الغرف جديدة جداً والخدمة رائعة. السعر قليل جداً مقارنة بالمكان والخدمة.
أيضاً توفر غسالة ملابس وغسالة صحون كان شيئاً مهماً جداً للمسافر، بالإضافة إلى أن المكيفات جديدة وتعمل بكفاءة عالية.

والله الاخوان السوريين كانو مساعدين كثير والأستاذ معاذ ساعدنا بالسعر وساعدنا بحجز سيارة داستر جديدة وبسعر معقول واي شي تطلبه مايردك كثر الله خيرهم النظافه كل شي نظيف والبناء مفتوح جديد كل شي قريب وصار معنا موقف بليل وراح معنا على المشفى وساعدنا ويحرم إذا اخذ ريال ناس ذات قيمه واذا رجعت اكيد مارح اجي غير لعندهم

The staff needs to learn how to respect their guests and treat them fairly and justly

The location was near some supermarkets and restaurants

Cons:

The behaviour of the staff was very impolite. They made our stay unpleasant and didn’t allow us to stay although they received the full cost of the accommodation. They used improper language (assaulting words) and tried to harass us in very unacceptable manner. They prevented us from staying at the beginning and asked us to leave or call police or booking agency. I will never come to stay at the accommodation as long as the tow brothers ( receptionists) are there.

Warning Scammers
Cons:

I had my reservation through booking.com and I informed them that I will have late arrival and received the confirmation through booking. Anyhow, when I actually arrived (earlier than expected) the receptionist informed me that he gave the room to another customer and it was his right to do so. After an argument he said he will help me with another room in another hotel! Moreover, my reservation was with sea view and I told him that, he said it would have been in 1st floor (with a laugh).
I agreed to that unhappy because I had no other options at 11 pm, when I was about to pay by Visa, he didn't accept that and said "only cash because he doesn't want to pay his taxes". After long second argument I left those scammers.

هذا المكان سيئ من كل النواحي، صور مضللة، خدمات متهالكة، تعامل كارثي. لا أنصح به نهائيًا، ولو كان آخر مكان سكن.

🚫 تحذير قوي – أسوأ تجربة فندقية مرّت علي! 🚫
• حجزت شقة بغرفتين نوم وصالة، لكن سلّموني شقة بغرفة واحدة فقط، ورفضوا التغيير بكل برود، واعتبروا أن الصالة غرفة نوم لأن فيها كنبة تتحول لسرير!
• رأس الشاور مكسور، والاستحمام كان معاناة.
• تسريب ماء من السقف وكأنك في مبنى مهمل.
• أصرّ الموظف على الدفع كاش رغم أن الحجز من بوكينج، ثم وافق متأخرًا بعد جدال طويل، مع خصم قيمة الشقة الكبيرة مقابل الصغيرة.
• وقت الخروج الساعة 10 صباحًا (للتوضيح: ما ضغطوا علي في هذا الموضوع).
• الموظف وقح جدًا ودفاعي بشكل مزعج وكأنه يتحداك بدل ما يخدمك.
