Il manquer uniquement notre bain à remous

Lors de ma réservation il y avait la photo du bain à remous en arrivant dans la chambre j’étais surprise le but de ma réservation était d’avoir le bain à remous dans la chambre or la seule chambre dotée d’un bain à remous et la suite . Attention aux photos que vous mettez on voyez bien lors de ma réservation le bain à remous dans la réservation que j’ai faites or il s’agissait d’une simple douche italienne ….

Mooie kamer, alles brandschoon. Heerlijk bed. We hebben de suite geboekt, voor wie van badderen houd is dat een aanrader. Personeel was enorm vriendelijk als spraken ze geen woord Engels of Nederlands

Het ontbijt werd op de kamer geserveerd, verse broodjes en vers sap. Prima hoeveelheid.

Cons:

Hoewel het ontbijt meer dan genoeg was, vond ik het wat simpel, zeker voor de prijs. Maar alles was vers en smakelijk.

Er miste informatie bv over de wifi code. Er was geen informatiemap aanwezig op de kamer.

De mooie kamer

Cons:

Geen fietsen berging. We moesten onze dure fietsen in een car port laten staan die vanaf de straat volledig zichtbaar was.

Perfect stay during Dour Festival.
Pros:

The hotel was all brand new, top condition. We went there to go to Dour festival which is a 10 min drive away. The hotel had ordered a taxi for us but it was delayed so the manager offered to take us there herself in her own car. Really really good service. The day after the staff served a late breakfast at our room. This place is absolutely amazing and can highly recommend.

Nothing, everything was on point.

Great stopping off point for our German road trip
Pros:

Loreanne was really helpful and showed us around the hotel and casino which is brand new and like the bedroom spotlessly clean.
Great safe parking and location which is an easy drive from Calais.
keep up the high standards.

Cons:

nothing apart from losing a few euros in the casino!
