Hotel incrível em todos os aspectos. Recomendo e voltaremos.
Pros:

Hotel novo, com decoração de muito bom gosto oque dá uma sensação de bem estar deliciosa, extremamente limpo e organizado. O atendimento excelente e muito gentil. Ótima localização, apesar de não ter estacionamento, o que é comum na espanha, paramos em frente ao hotel todos os dias sem problemas. E a gastronomia do hotel foi surpreendente. Voltaremos com certeza.

CELEBRANDO LA VIDA
Pros:

Tanto el desayuno a la carta como la cena fueron de una excelencia exquisita. El personal muy amable en todo momento y la habitación con vistas al puerto un verdadero placer. Sin duda, uno de los mejores hoteles del Port de Sóller en el que he estado.

Uns wurde zunächst ein Zimmer im 1. Stock (107) angeboten. Ja, es hatte den zugesagten Meerblick, allerdings zu 80% beeinträchtigt durch einen Schuppen auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite und mehrere dicke Stromleitungen. Nach energischem Protest erhielten wir ein weit besseres Zimmer im darüber liegenden Stockwerk. Ich verabscheue diesen in einigen Hotels immer wieder zu beobachtenden Mindset, zunächst minderwertige Zimmer anzubieten und erst nach Protest dann die besseren herauszurücken. Welch Missachtung der Gäste kommt dadurch zum Ausdruck. Warum bietet dieses Hotel nicht fairerweise die Zimmer im 1. Stock etwas günstiger als solche mit
eingeschränktem Meerblick an? Das wäre fair und jeder Gast könnte sich dann entsprechend entscheiden?
