The location is super centric, the owner is a really nice lady, and she allowed me to leave my second bag there for a couple of weeks while I travel around Thailand!!!
No lift of 6 and 7 floor
What a really lovely hotel run by Suree, the most charming, elegant, kind and helpful lady you could wish to meet.
It feels like staying in a Hemingway novel. Wonderful parquet flooring and firm beds in the simple but comfortable rooms. About a ten minute walk to the noise of Khao San Rd and fifteen to the far more pleasant Ram Buttri.
I had four splendid nights there.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier, weil die Lage top ist, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, schönes großes Zimmer mit individueller Einrichtung & sehr netten Gastgebern. Das Upgrade in das Deluxe-Zimmer lohnt sich!

Above all true Sourire hospitality, old fashioned welcoming from the moment we walked into premises.
I didn't have money for taxi, walked in, ask can she help out and without any hesitation she was sporting all out.
Plenty plants, 40 years old (if not longer) tree in the garden, small oasis in the center of Bangkok.
Sourire was very informative, had few option's what to do, where to go. Basically, what ever we needed she was there.
Lovely Lady and her husband running that Hotel making you feel welcome.
Room was very clean, big enough. Good showers which is very important for my partner and me, above all exactly what we needed for few days while exploring Bangkok, would definitely go back 🥰

I liked the lady owns the place , she feels so genuine and is very accommodating , she was there when you needed here , very nice lady - thank you , also the beds are super comfy and this place is 3 min walk from khao san road
The bathroom does feel a little cramped due to the shower and toilet being so close - but apart from that it works out fine ,
