Perfect, exactly what we wanted

Host was amazing, so helpful, helped with booking trip, knowledgeable of where to go for everything
Great location, very quiet area

Very out dated , staff walked in on all 4 rooms while we were sleeping numerous occasions
Only 1 pillow
Couldn’t check in until 5pm
But then had to check out at 12 sharp
Curtains made little difference very light inside rooms
Shower didn’t have hot water

Stay with Sourire, and Do not listen to kind strangers that approach you in Bangkok offering advice about tuk tuks, suit
Pros:

Ms. Sourire is very kind and helpful (and has a great sense of humor and great stories if you ask her). The beautiful courtyard atrium she has created is a peaceful oasis in the city.

Cons:

Location currently has a lot of construction all around the street nearby, and because it is so conveniently located near Khao San Road, some poverty and people not doing well is part of what you pass when walking places.

Sue was the best host! Very sweet and informative. Location was great close to Khao son road for Songkran and many other options. I would stay again!

Perfect hotel for a gentler pace in Bangkok
Pros:

What a really lovely hotel run by Suree, the most charming, elegant, kind and helpful lady you could wish to meet.
It feels like staying in a Hemingway novel. Wonderful parquet flooring and firm beds in the simple but comfortable rooms. About a ten minute walk to the noise of Khao San Rd and fifteen to the far more pleasant Ram Buttri.
I had four splendid nights there.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier, weil die Lage top ist, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, schönes großes Zimmer mit individueller Einrichtung & sehr netten Gastgebern. Das Upgrade in das Deluxe-Zimmer lohnt sich!
