Alles bestens, (sehr) gutes Frühstück, perfekte Lage am Bismarckplatz, definitiv auch beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Heidelberg wieder eine Option für mich.

Cons:

Beim 1. Frühstück (nach der 1. Nacht) habe ich es "gewagt", mich ohne Platzzuweisung an einen 2er-Tisch zu setzen. Wenige Minuten später kam die empörte Bedienung und meinte "dieser Tisch ist für zwei Personen" gedacht und hat mich an einen 2er-Tisch (!) nebenan umplatziert...

Immer wieder schön hier.
Pros:

Ich war schon mehrfach hier und komme immer gerne wieder. Die Lage ist ideal, sehr nah zum Bismarckplatz, der Fußgängerzone, dem Neckar und der Altstadt. Durch die Seitenstraßenlage ist es dennoch ruhig. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, das Bett breit und bequem. Das Personal erlebe ich immer wieder als sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist lecker, reichhaltig und sehr ansprechend angerichtet.

Sehr gutes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und vor allem hilfsbereites Personal. Die Räume sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war wunderbar.
Die Bilder bei Booking sehen älter aus, als die Hotelzimmer sind. Ausstattung ist sehr gut.
