Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Organisation, auch bei später Ankunft. Der Schlüssel wird nach Eingabe eines Codes von einem Automaten ausgegeben.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist außergewöhnlich, an Auswahl und Reichhaltigkeit. Frisches Obst, Eierspeisen, kaffeespezaliten. Lange nicht mehr ein solches Frühstück in einem Hotel gehabt. Volle 10 Punkte

Pros:

La habitación para 4, la familiar es muy grande y cómoda. El personal muy amables todos. El desayuno estaba muy bien. Todo muy limpio.

Cons:

Estábamos con vehículo y nos costó mucho encontrar el estacionamiento con descuento. De hecho, aparcamos en otro lugar y pagamos 20 euros la noche. La habitación que nos tocó estaba cerca del salón del desayuno por lo que fue muy ruidosa a la mañana al momento del desayuno. Después todo PERFECTO

Hotel, in dem man sich wohl fühlt. Komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, trotzdem recht ruhig. Das Personal sehe freundlich. Frühsück lässt keine Wünsche übrig.

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten wie Abstellfläche in Dusche fehlt. Nicht alles sauber. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden – die Lage war top, das Frühstück reichlich und liebevoll angerichtet, und die Gastgeber

Super Aufenthalt! Tolle Lage, sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen und ein Frühstück, das nicht nur lecker, sondern auch hübsch angerichtet war.

Eigentlich alles in Ordnung, es gab nichts, was uns gestört hätte.

Al primo posto, la posizione dell'hotel: centralissima, proprio lungo la via principale di Heidelberg.

La disponibilità è cortesia dello staff

Cons:

Non tutti i componenti del menù inclusi nella colazione venivano rimpiazzati una volta esauriti e quindi può capitare se si arriva troppo tardi (comunque ampiamente entro i limiti consentiti) di non avere la possibilità di usufruire di alcuni di essi

Charmant verwinkeltes und gewachsenes, schönes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr gutes Lage, direkt an der Fußgängerzone/Altstadt, man kann über das Hotel im Parkhaus ganz in der Nähe parken, überreich bestücktes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliches Personal. Gerne wieder!

Pros:

Het was allemaal super geregeld en geholpen door medewerkers. We kwamen laat aan en kregen de sleutel met behulp van medewerker via een code

De volgende ochtend het ontbijt was helemaal overweldigend. Zoveel keus bijzonder gewoon. En ook hier aardige medewerkster. Supervriendelijk.
Jammer genoeg waren we er maar 1 nacht

Cons:

‘s avonds laat was het lastig om het straatje te vinden. Wel 2 keer voorbij gereden
