Rigtig fin morgenmad, hyggeligt stemning når man kommer ind på hotellet

Cons:

Værelset var slidt, pletter på gulvtæppet, tapetet var i stykker - mere slidt ind forventet.
Slet ikke den masse følelse som resten af hotellet, lidt ærgerligt

God frokost. Fint område med basseng og badstu.

Møtte sikkert på den ene rigide og lite serviceinnstilte fra personalet
Pros:

Gode senger. God frokost. Stille. Lett og parkere og nært til hovedvei.

Cons:

Kveldsvakta/nattevakta var svært rigid og lite serviceorientert. Stengt restaurant (søndag) og et sovende barn som vi ikke kunne forlate. Selv om det ikke var en eneste person i fellesområdene fikk vi ikke lov å sitte der å spise medbrakt (mat levert til hotellet ved bud). Endte opp med å sitte på gulvet i gangen og spise maten vår mens vi reflekterte over at dette var fryktelig dårlig service. Var for sliten og sulten til å krangle, men ga personalet svært mange muligheter til å komme med bedre løsninger enn den vi endte opp med. Fryktelig unødvendig negativ tilbakemelding som lett kunne ha vært unngått.
