Good location, clean, friendly
Pros:

Good location in Silom. Close to main public transportation, restaurants, shopping. Very nice staff. Clean rooms.

Cons:

Our room did have a window which we reserved but it was an indoor window which gave into the hallway and the lobby in the floor underneath. Whenever someone spoke very early in the morning or late at night, it woke us up. But not all rooms are like that.

糟糕的酒店，恶心的床品，没有同理心的工作人员

Cons:

-不要订这家酒店！千万小心，客房床品卫生很糟糕，见附加图片。（还有一个枕芯有大面积的黑黄色污渍，我没有及时拍照，因为当时枕芯在工作人员手里了）
-如果真的喜欢这个街区，同预算的酒店还有很多选择。
-入住当晚准备上床睡觉，发现床上用品非常不干净和破旧，工作人给出员解决方案没有站在客人的角度考虑，态度敷衍和没有同理心。
-床垫非常软，是往下塌的感受。窗户不能打开通气。
-截止到目前为止，已交给booking处理。还没有收到正面积极的解决。

Pros:

Pas de petit dej mais c était précisé par contre le lit est un lit de dimension 140 donc pas possible de dormir avec notre enfant de 5 ans il à fallu prendre un lit supp a 900 bath par jour. Pas de service de laverie non plus mais il y en avait une pas loin très bien qui livrait à l hôtel pour 100 bath de plus.

Cons:

La taille du lit. L enfant est hébergé gratuitement dans le descriptif mais pas vraiment… il faut absolument un autre lit donc un supplément.

Cons:

Kein Kleiderschrank im Zimmer. Toilette nur über eine Milchglasscheibe vom Zimmer getrennt. Kein Frühstück.

Okay hotel in a decent neighborhood
Pros:

Great location if you like more modern and international dining. Staff were nice.

Cons:

Pool area is not so good. No place to sit and the water was dirty. There were ants in my room. The WiFi stopped on my last night at the hotel. The restaurant was not open.
