Für einen Kurzaufenthalt durchaus in Ordnung.
Pros:

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Der Check-in war kontaktlos und verlief ganz unkompliziert, ebenso wie der Kontakt zum Vermieter.
Die Betten bzw. die Matratzen waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Appartment hätte etwas sauberer sein können und bei der Ausstattung der Küche ist Luft nach oben.
Der Pool liegt direkt neben der Erdgeschosswohnung, so dass es für die Mieter des ersten Stockes etwas unangenehm ist, ihn zu nutzen. Das Kunstgras vor dem Pool auf dem die Liegestühle stehen, ist nicht sehr einladend und bleibt nach einem Regen sehr lange nass.

Cons:

Our fridge was broken and the host wasn’t responsive over message. However, we ran into the host on property and he got us a new fridge within a few hours which was really impressive. Very kind. Mainly an unfortunate incident, as all our groceries went bad in the hot fridge.

Erstklassiger Aufenthalt – perfekt für Familien!
Pros:

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Vila Elezi verbracht. Unser Apartment „family room“ hatte zwei Schlafzimmer und war für uns als Familie ideal. Unser absolutes Highlight war die riesige Terrasse direkt am Pool: Der Blick auf Landschaft und Meer ist fantastisch. Der Pool war größer als wir dachten und wird mit frischem Bergwasser gespeist. Auch der vordere Garten mit BBQ-Bereich war schön. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich, entspannt und bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle. Piqeras ist zudem ein angenehm ruhiger Ausgangspunkt für die Riviera. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt. Eine glatte Weiterempfehlung!

Die Traumunterkunft unserer Reise
Pros:

Einfach alles! Natürlich ist der Pool das non plus ultra. Aber auch die grosszügig geschnittene Wohnung, der familiäre, hilfsbereite Vermieter, die bequemen Betten, die fantastische Aussicht, die gemütliche Terasse!

Ist eher das Problem der Vormieter, als des Vermieters: manche Leute können echt nicht abwaschen...
