Cons:

Personeel. Niemand bij binnenkomst. Je moest bellen en dan kreeg je te horen welke kamer van jou was. Personeel bij het ontbijt uitermate nors en ongastvrije.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage mitten in der Stadt - 5 min. Fussweg vom Bahnhof und 15 min. Fussweg zum Matterhorn Express.
Sehr gutes Frühstück - alles frisch und reichlich mit sehr leckerem Kaffee, den wir auch immer nachbekommen konnten.
Nettes Personal. TV auch mit deutschen Programmen (ARD, ZDF, RTL, etc.). Unkompliziertes Übernehmen und Abgeben des Zimmers - einfach den Schlüssel vom Schlüsselbrett nehmen und hinterher wieder hinhängen.
Heizungen funktionieren gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten raus, was wahrscheinlich leiser ist, als nach vorne zur Straße (ist eher fussgängerzonen-ähnlich), zumal gegenüber die Hexenbar ist, wo auch täglich gefeiert wird. Das hört man aber auch hinten sehr laut. Hinten werden dann nur abends auch die leergetrunkenen Flaschen des italienischen Restaurants im 1. OG geleert (einmal nach 23 Uhr, wo wir schon geschlafen hatten). Das hört sich dann an, als ob ein Glascontainier geleert wird. Ansonsten ist das Hotel im 2. + 3. OG mit dem Frühstücksraum im italienischen Restaurant im 1. OG. Alles ist sehr urig mit Holz an Decken und Wänden - sehr gemühtlich, aber auch sehr einfach. Das warme Wasser braucht einige Zeit in der Dusche und schwankt etwas. Aber wenn man die Preise generell in Zermatt sieht, kann man damit leben.

bon emplacement malgré le fait d’être à côté d’une discothèque et jolie vue

très mal isoler, tout le parquet grinçait, on entendait les pas de chacun dans les escaliers, et surtout la musique et les vibration de la discothèque jusqu’à passé 1h du mat, lorsqu’on vient faire du ski, on a besoin de repos et ce n’était pas le cas, les rideaux pas opaques, le matelas dur comme du béton et l’oreiller beaucoup trop haut
sans parler du personnel inutile, quand nous sommes arrivé personne à la réception….

Correcto, un poco ruidoso
Pros:

Teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de 2 estrellas, de los más económicos de Zermatt, está bien. Todo limpio, cómodo. Ubicado en pleno centro, en la calle principal. Incluye el desayuno, que está bien, variado (fruta, cafe, zumo, embutido, cereales, leche, queso, etc.) y de autoservicio. Colchón y almohada cómodos. Radiador regulable. Baño pequeño, con ducha, pero suficiente. Incluyen toallas, sabanas y champú/gel. Hay secador. Wifi gratuito y funciona bien, aunque a veces un poco lento. Mi habitacion tenía balcón, aunque compartido con la habitacion de al lado. El balcon daba a la calle principal y tenia una mesita y silla. El hotel está bien para visitar Zermat un par de días o para esquiar. Buena relación calidad precio. Opción de guarda equipaje. Entrada autónoma a partir de la tarde.

Cons:

El edificio es muy antiguo, de madera y eso se nota. El suelo cruje mucho y se escuchan los ruidos de los vecinos (cuando caminando o hablan). También se escucha bastante el ruido de la calle y justo hay dos pubs debajo. No hay recepción como tal, solo el restaurante de la primera planta. La entrada autónoma me parece muy poco segura. Sin ascensor.

Excellent location - simple check-in and check-out - excellent breakfast - very fair price
Pros:

Good communication via e-mail. All instructions were received in forehand. Simple check-in with the key hanging at the reception. Same for the check-out. Just leave the key at the reception. Very nice breakfast buffet. No contact with the staff except with the lady serving the hot drink during breakfast. All in all very simple and efficient

Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait au centre du village. Idéal pour un groupe d'amis. Petit déjeuner très correct

Cons:

La pression d'eau dans la douche était très faible. Il n'y a pas de local pour ranger les skis. Absence d'un office d'acceuil
