Excellent value and even better customer service
Pros:

Caye Casa and the staff were amazing! The personal customer service was unmatched. Jake and Shane helped coordinate all of our activities and transportation and gave the best recommendations on places to go. We will 100% go back!

Paradise location in San Pedro. We loved the hotel, the staff, and would go back in a heartbeat!
Pros:

Caye Casa was a dream vacation. Friendly staff, clean rooms, right on the beach front. The room itself was very nice. The location was perfect for us. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to good restaurants and stores

Cons:

The bed on my wife's side was a little worn out.

Wonderful stay at Caye Casa and loved our awesome host, Shane!
Pros:

Cozy unit, very well thought out in what was provided for the guests. The best part was Shane, the office manager was so communicative and responsive, friendly, and attentive. He really made our stay lovely.

Cons:

The pool was not quite as inviting, due to its size and location, but still was clean and available to use.

A cute little getaway.

The property was as advertised. The villa was very cute and colorfully decorated.The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were several shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Great property, super attentive and responsive staff, and the best location for us!
Pros:

We had a great stay at Caye Casa. My wife and I and her parents booked two separate rooms. Jake was super proactive in all communication before our stay and answering any questions. He helped a ton with coordinating our golf cart rental, and recommending tour providers. During our stay, he was happy to make restaurant reservations for us as well.

All in all we had a great experience with the property, the staff, and the great location!

Cons:

Wish we could have stayed longer!

We really enjoyed our stay at Caye Casa!

We stayed in #3 Caribbean Dreams — a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit with a full kitchen on the first floor. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the conveniences of home. We loved sitting out on our porch every day — morning coffee and evening drinks became part of our routine. You can even enjoy the music from Wayo’s next door without ever leaving (but it’s perfectly quiet inside).

What really makes Caye Casa special is the atmosphere. The GM, Jake, and Operations Manager, Shane, are always around — checking in, offering tips, or just chatting about island life. Other guests were just as friendly, and it felt like a small community of travelers sharing stories. It’s the kind of laid-back, welcoming place you want to call your temporary home.

After exploring the island for a week, we realized there was no better location than Caye Casa — walking distance to the best waterfront restaurants and to town. Nothing was more than 10 minutes away. We barely needed a golf cart (though it was fun to have one).

Communication before our stay was excellent as well — plenty of helpful details and suggestions to make arrival and getting around a breeze.

All in all, Caye Casa was the highlight of our time in San Pedro — comfortable, convenient, and full of island charm.

Cons:

The bathroom attached to the king bedroom has a shower that can spray a bit onto the floor. Providing an extra floor mat would do the trick.
