Great location, great hotel
Pros:

Jake and Shane and all of the Caye Casa staff were attentive to every detail. They arranged golf cart rentals, suggested places to eat and made dinner reservations for us. We loved the location of Caye Casa as well as the small hotel feel. Definitely give it a try when visiting San Pedro!

Friendly people.
Short ride from the airport.
They made sure the taxi picked us up to and from the airport.

Multiple places to eat within walking distance.
The staff were very accommodating. Shane made sure we had everything from say 1 and throughout our stay.

We loved our stay. Perfect location and plenty of space. Staff so friendly and helpful.

The seaweed was abundance. I got used to the smell but my husband and daughter not so much. But not the property's fault at all, its all over the place on that side of the island.

Out of their control but the smell of the Sargassum was unbearable. Linens needed to be changed, lots of hair in the bed.

Exceptional service
Pros:

Staying at Caye Casa was a great experience. The location is perfect. The room was lovely and the fridge and microwave were appreciated. I loved having the pool to lounge in. And one of the highlights is the ENTIRE staff!
Jake and Shane provided exceptional service. They helped arrange a snorkeling tour, suggested great options for dining and when I left to continue my Belzian journey, Jake let me know I could contact him at anytime during the remainder of my trip thru Belize if I needed anything; now that is service! Thank you Caye Casa.

Super Ausstattung und sehr schön eingerichtet
Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bereits vor unserem Aufenthalt haben sie für uns Touren organisiert und waren auch während dem Aufenthalt sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür
Das Hotel liegt ruhig und trotzdem zentral

Cons:

Das ist zwar Motzen auf hohem Niveau aber eine Trennwand zur Dusche wäre gut. So muss man aufpassen das nicht der ganze Raum geduscht wird

Excellent value and even better customer service
Pros:

Caye Casa and the staff were amazing! The personal customer service was unmatched. Jake and Shane helped coordinate all of our activities and transportation and gave the best recommendations on places to go. We will 100% go back!
