Good location, basics covered
Pros:

Great location, apa hotels are basically always the same ( all those I have been anyway) once you enter the bedroom, so location is usually what set them apart. This one is well located for the price, apa hotels are never gives the most unforgettable experience but it gets the job done and cover all the basics, sure value

Cons:

This can be said about any APA I have been to but as soon as you enter the room the tv turns on with endless lessons about how to behave in Japan running im a loop, now, I respect the idea, and understand the need probably , but not everyone is a senseless traveler and the constant teaching felt somewhat offensive and very annoying after a while ( if you,like me, forget to turn off the tv that is) aside from that, the staff always feel cold and functional, not rude or anything but not warm or welcoming either

Great hotel at a great price in a great location.
Pros:

The room was great! Perfect size for a single traveler. Room under bed for luggage and space to wash and dry hair.
The card system to enter your room and the elevator made it easy to get around.
Hotel was right in the middle of Osakan nightlife, Family Mart was a 40 second walk from the hotel. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby and a short 15-20 min walk to other major stores/areas.
I could go to a girls bar, drink for hours, then stumble back to the apartment safely.
Will 100% come back to this location on my next visit.

Cons:

There is no ac in the room. Just a heater.
I opened the window but it still wasn't cold enough.
The bed sheets are also very hot.
This is a problem with all of Japan as the Japanese people have colder bodies.
If you are an American prepare to sleep in light clothes.

Cheap but not worth it
Pros:

They had a scale to weigh suitcases

Cons:

Dirty room - bathroom had junk in the cracks. Opening the window the entire window casing had dirt
The room felt cramped like a bad cruise stateroom
