Ottimo posto tranquillo
Pros:

Molto bello posto, camera Spaziosa, aria condizionata forte, c'è cassaforte, tv con youtube e tutti canali, frigorifero, bollitore con acqua di benvenuto e te. Letto comodo. Tutto pulito. Bello bagno. Parcheggio privato chiuso. Colazione minima ma è normale per Mauritania. Posto bello posso solo raccomandarlo.

Cons:

Non arrivata acqua caldaia in doccia. Lho fatta quasi fredda dopo tanti minuti aspettare acqua calda.

Merci au personnel d'avoir essayé de trouver des solutions, en vain malheureusement.
Pros:

Uniquement le personnel qui est top !

Cons:

Ménage fait mais il reste des grands cheveux par terre dès mon arrivée et au fil des jours malgré les différents ménages.
Pas d'eau chaude pendant tout le séjour.
Aucune tasse lavée dans la chambre malgré le ménage.
Aucune lampe de chevet ne fonctionne : une est cassée et l'autre ne marche pas.
Changement des serviettes incomplet
Hôtel bruyant le soir alors que nous n'étions que peu nombreux. Pourquoi ne m'a t-on pas changé de chambre ?...

Pros:

The hotel looked modern and nice overall, and the staff was respectful. The rooms were decent and the stay was okay for a short visit.

Cons:

The bathroom design was not practical because shower water would leak outside and would not drain properly, so we had to wipe the floor after every shower.

We booked two rooms. One room had a refrigerator that was not working, and it was placed far from the power outlet so we had to move it ourselves to test it. The second room had a strong unpleasant drainage smell.
