Pros:

The owner responded fast.

Cons:

When I arrived the sheets and towels were stained with a mysterious substance. The floor of the communal shower was also covered in chunks of vomit, food, who knows what. The street is fine, but the surrounding area seems extremely sketchy, and known to be the worst neighborhood in Bilbao.

Das Zimmer war halbwegs OK nach Mängelbehebung aber der Preis mit über 100 Euro ist übersteigert !!!
Pros:

Zimmer ohne Frühstück aber mit Teeküche

Cons:

Das Zimmer war zu eng und hatte keinen (kleinen) Tisch für die PC-Arbeit.
Anfangs war vom Nebenhof starker Hundgestank im Zimmer. Der Hundkot wurde sofort vom Nebenhof entfernt nach der Reklamation per Foto.
Vier Zimmer hatten nur eine Dusche, in der Dusche war das zweite WC.
Sehr viel Nebenlärm von Kältemaschinen und den Bewohnern im Nebenhof.

Mala zona para alojarse
Pros:

No pudimos alojarnos allí, la zona no es segura.

Cons:

Subiendo hacia el alojamiento un furgón de policía paró y nos dijo que esa zona no era segura y que mejor no nos quedáramos allí, así que no llegamos al apartamento. No nos habían avisado de esto cuando hicimos la reserva.

Cons:

W obiekcie było baaaardzo wilgotno, czuliśmy jakby wszystko się do nas lepiło. Nie dało się zbytnio tego wywietrzyć ponieważ w pokoju było tylko jedno maluteńkie okno na poziomie chodnika, ponieważ mieszkanie było tak wręcz „pod ziemią”. Dopiero potem zauważyliśmy obecność wiatraka na suficie, który bardzo w tym pomógł. Ogólnie było czyściutko a pan zarządzający mieszkaniem baardzo sympatyczny. Okolica nie przyjemna, natomiast autobus zatrzymuje się praktycznie przy samym mieszkaniu i można uniknąć spaceru tam. Nie zatrzymałabym się jednak tam ponownie z powodu wilgotności, która była bardzo męcząca.

Location was friendly bed very comfortable

Easy Access to shops really nice getaway 👌

Rooms very small but eventually got use to it there was 2 of us in room
