まあまあ。
Pros:

ロケーションがよかった。大連駅に近く、路面電車の停留所が近くにあり交通の点は便利。

Cons:

大連国際空港（周水子空港）とホテル間のシャトルバス（送迎バス）があれば最高です。

Clean, smart and comfortable hotel
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable and of a good size. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Everything was fine. It wasn't an issue but just a little more friendliness from staff in the foyer as you come and go. Just a smile perhaps.

Pros:

大連駅の近くで
中山広場へ徒歩で歩けるため、
とても便利です。

Cons:

最初に入った部屋には臭いがあり、
交換依頼して、別の部屋へ交換できました。

昼のスタッフの方から拒否されましたが、
部屋の空き関係で、夜のスタッフの方が交換手配していただきました。

スタッフの対応は裏方の人も含めて非常に良かったと思う

Cons:

エレベーターが酷い。朝食時・夕方以降の混み合う時間帯は10分くらい平気でまたされます。
また中の人が閉めるボタンを押すと凄い勢いで閉まるため
危険です。

Rat in my smelly room

Cons:

As soon as we walked into the building, we smell cigarettes. It’s everywhere, in the hallway, in the elevator, in your room, all apartment rooms are smoking rooms, window are locked down so no fresh air. I called in advance to secure a non smoking room, the answer was vague and I was under the impression that I was getting a non smoking room. We switched to a different room on the 3rd day, a little better but I still got sore throat just by sitting on the sofa. Remember to “water” the gutters in your restroom and kitchen, as they will stink very badly when they dry up. Utensils and dishes are washed but dirty. On the last day, we had a little visitor around 2am, it walked by my head, I think it’s a rat, as I had my kids with me, I barely slept that night in fear that it or they may hurt the kids. I told the front desk when I checked out the next morning, they weren’t even surprised lol. They said sorry and had me on my way. For 900rmb / night, this is ridiculous. If you have to stay here, steer clear of the apartment. At least go for the hotel, doesn’t worth your dime.

good location, good facilities.
Pros:

I stayed in the apartment side. It was a big flat with a kitchen and 2 bedrooms. I think for families or for the big group of tourists it will be a convenient place to stay. there are kitchenware, oven and stowe.
for shopping, there is a convenient store in the ground floor.
staff is friendly and English speaking.

Cons:

the entrance for the apartments is the other way around, however it is closed. you need to use the main entrance. this issue should be notified in advanced or the address must be given on the site accordingly. otherwise, taxi drivers will drop you by the closed door.
