It was very poor stay at the hotel, i would not recommend stay at this hotel.
Pros:

booking was for the West Palace Hotel, but after reaching there, we were told that hotel is completely booked, and we were given to stay at the West Inn. The West Inn hotel was very poor. Staff was not at all good, especially the guy at the reception with glasses during day shift. He was very rude to my wife and myself. room alloted to us was very bad, we had paid for deluxe double room at west palace hotel, but we were lowest room at west inn. Bathroom was semlling very bad.

The room and staff at the hotel were not good.
