Ideal location, luxury accommodation at a bargain price
Pros:

The host was great, very helpful and the room clean and spacious - help with transport was appreciated too, the driver was ideal for my trip around Goa

Cons:

Out of season so no catering but for the price the room but be about the best value anywhere- it was great

A good stay at budget can be improved in cleaning and maintenance of the property.
Pros:

Room was good and staff was friendly

Cons:

The washroom and bed were not clean, it had hairs and other human waste from previous occupants. The washroom didn't have any ventilation, so all the humidity and smells were coming into the room.

Stayed for one night breakfast was good and Mr. Swapnil was very helpful and guided me in planning north goa day plan. New hotel all the amenities were available. Highly recommended

Pros:

Really clean and quiet, nice big room, great shower, friendly helpful staff. There's a couple of nice cafes in walking distance. You'd need a scooter or taxi to get to the beach though :)

Pros:

The room size, was good with plenty of sunlight.

Cons:

To climb up n down 2 floors everything was painful. Lift in such an facility was essential.
What use is a kitchen without cutlery?
Once you showered, it was not possible to use the bathroom as there was no bath tub or separate shower bed.
The road upto the hotel needs major repairs to avoid breaking your car n your back, it's like riding a roller coaster ride.
Don't go by the surrounding pictures, as next building is almost touching the hotel n in some rooms you can't even open your windows.
