Очень удачное расположение, до моря 5 минут, за такую цену очень комфортный номер. Если бы не недостатки о которых напишу ниже, поставила бы 10 баллов...

Cons:

Мы ночевали в отеле 1 ночь. Как только заехали, все очень понравилось. Номер чистый, все в наличии. Но, сразу начали чихать и почувствовали жжение в носу. Как я понимаю, помещение и территорию обрабатывали какой то химией, возможно от насекомых. В итоге надышалась так, что пила лекарства от аллергии и пришлось обращаться к врачу. Была сильная интоксикация. С утра отключили полностью электричество, соответственно ни кондиционер ни горячей воды и тп.

Le chauffeur Tony est très gentil. Il peut vous amener de l’aéroport ou n’importe où sur l’île, organiser des visites à de bons prix, et il est toujours serviable. Je vous recommande vivement de faire appel à lui. Son numéro WhatsApp se termine par 8793

Short stay at the beach
Pros:

Two minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Very clean and although the staff do not speak English they are very nice

Понравилось все: аккуратный, чистый номер со всем необходимым! В окне фантастическая природа! До моря 5 минут! Весь район замечательный: большие проспекты, разноцветные домики, бесплатный шатл на Сансити! Но самое главное, чистое море и песочный пляж! Ещё хочу сюда приехать!

Около 200 метров от моря. Шикарный вид из окон. Тихое место у пляжа в красивых новых домах. Чуткий и отзывчивый персонал и старший управляющий. Всё на высоте.

Very convenient and cozy
Pros:

The location close to the beach. The hotel manager was so welcoming and friendly. We definitely will come back here.

Cons:

The power shut from morning until about 12pm without any notice. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Очень дружелюбный хозяин. Я всем советую этот отель. Вечером хозяин, предложил нам сесть на бесплатный автобус на шоу фейерверков в красивом знаменитом месте. Проводил нас до автобуса. И если бы не он, мы бы возможно не узнали о таком красивом месте! Очень добрый и отзывчивый хозяин. Очень добрый, желаю ему очень долгих лет жизни. Рядом в 4 минутах море, в нем можно купаться вода спокойная, чистый и красивый пляж. Рядом дорогие лакшери отели, очень красиво)

Pros:

Perfect stay! It was just 5 min away from the khem beach, a really really beautiful beach! Shops are nearby, also free bus to the vui streetfood bazar. Rooms were clean. U could also rent a motorbike for cheap money. The service was very nice, he helped us with everything. Even at night when we requested something he helped immediately. Thank you so much!

Pros:

The staff was friendly and supportive. Khem Beach can be reached by foot in a few minutes. Also, close by, there's a free shuttle bus to sunset town.

Cons:

This aspect is not really about the hotel itself, but the whole area feels a bit like a ghost town as there are many empty buildings and few people.

Pros:

Near the beautiful beach. Wi fi was good. I asked for a quiet room and get one. The stuff is kind.

Cons:

I didn't have the issues with noise, but I noticed that the walls are thin...so maybe it could be an issue in the high season period.
