I like everything: the location is near by the underground, pubs and restaurants are few minutes walk . The reception staff waiting us with a warm welcome and very helpful.

Estancia decente para lo que se puede encontrar en Londres
Pros:

La ubicación, cerca de la estación de metro y bus Victoria y a 20 minutos a pie de la abadía de Westminster. Hay varios supermercados cerca. A pesar del pub de la esquina, la calle es sorprendentemente tranquila. El precio es alto por la poca cantidad de metros cuadrados que ofrece, pero es mejor de lo que se suele encontrar en el centro de Londres.

Cons:

La cama y las almohadas son demasiado blandas y las cortinas apenas bloquean la luz, así que no dormimos muy bien. El agua de la ducha estaba extremadamente caliente, así que ducharnos tampoco era tarea fácil.

La localització és bona. El barri ofereix bastants locals de menjar i bars. Es podien fer servir plataformes de streaming a la televisió de l’habitació. El personal és molt agradable.

Cons:

Les instal·lacions eren una mica velles, i l’habitació petita, però és suficient per un parell o tres de dies.

Great location clean comfortable and welcoming.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent , just a few minutes walk to Victoria coach/train/tube stations . Very clean hotel throughout , lobby , reception , corridors , stairway. Room was very clean and presentable . Check in was a breeze and staff member was very welcoming . The beds in our room were very comfortable. Bathroom was spotless.

Cons:

There really isn't anything to dislike based upon our visit although it would have been nice to have a bin in the room and maybe some wooden stirrers for the coffee making facilities , we had our own carrier bag for our rubbish so it really wasn't a major issue .We only stayed for 1 night and the room was pretty much perfect for us (twin room father/son ) however , if you are staying for a week then the room we had might have been a tad cosy with the suitcases etc .

Great location and staff. Some equipment problems.

Great location. Clean. Good staff.

Cons:

First room the TV didn't work and the toilet didn't flush properly. Was moved to another room on the ground floor. TV and toilet worked fine but I could hear everyone going up and down the central staircase.

Cama incómoda vieja y mala calidad. Sin recepcionista. Habitación y baño minúsculos. Viejo. Limpieza justa. No recomiendo. Nada que ver con comentarios leidos

We enjoyed a lot with our stay. The receptionists are so kind and helpful.
