Value for money, great location, quiet street and less than 10 mins away from Victoria station
Pros:

location was fantastic, less than 10 min walk from Victoria train/underground/coach station. 17 min walk to Westminster, Big Ben and 25 min walk to Buckingham Palace, close to the theatres and so many places to eat and drink on your doorstep. Lovely quiet street. Stairs to our room were very narrow so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues but they did have rooms on ground floor to request. Ample facilities in room, plug by bed, private bathroom, fan in room and we had 2 beds, one bed was super comfy but the other one was a bit lop sided, my daughter felt she was falling off during night but we had a good laugh about this, in no way did it affect our stay. This is a fantastic hotel to stay in.

Cons:

As mentioned, the 2nd bed in the room could have had a better mattress. Other than that there are no negatives.

I wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

Good location, clean & staff was helpful.

Cons:

The pan of the shower was slippery & they’re was no security on the door leading to our rooms so we felt unsafe & vulnerable!
Loud tenants came in late & were loud until 1:45am!

Pros:

Posizione eccellente, a due passi da Victoria station. al checkin ho dovuto chiamare (sono arrivato alle 23), ma George è arrivato quasi subito. Struttura pulita.

Cons:

Le camere sono piccolissime, un po' rumorose, e non è prevista la colazione. Nel nome della struttura c'è "hotel", in realtà è una sorta di B&B, nulla di male, ma è bene saperlo.

Pour le prix bien mais juste pour dormir. Ne pas espérer le grand luxe

L’emplacement idéal, le ménage à été fait alors que nous restions seulement 2 nuits.

Cons:

lit vraiment inconfortable, presque cassé, nous pensions ne pas finir la nuit dessus….chambre petite, et donnant sur le trottoir, difficile d’ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit, dommage lorsqu’il fait chaud.

El personal nos atendió de una manera excepcional en todo momento, además, fueron muy simpáticos y agradables.

Bellissimo ma caldissimo!
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta, stanza pulita, asciugamani puliti tutti i giorni. Staff gentilissimo

Cons:

Il caldo, la stanza essendo piccolina era veramente una sauna. C'era un piccolo ventilatore a colonna ma l'aria condizionata avrebbe cambiato tutto. Capisco che queste temperature non sono affatto normali e che forse non sono attrezzati per il caldo anomalo
