A pleasant place to stay.

The location on one of the city's smaller squares was very good. An early check-in time was very helpful. The room was fine.

Alcoba y baño muy buenos.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado tenía un límite que no mejoraba la temperatura. Y dos asistentes en recepción, hombres, actuaron con exceso de indiferencia, es decir, podríamos no estar y les daba lo mismo que si estuviéramos.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado al lado de la plaza del ayuntamiento, el personal es muy amable y nos dieron todas las facilidades para que nuestra estancia ahí fuese estupenda. Disponen también de un lugar habilitado para poder dejar las bicicletas.

Excelente hotel. Está muy bien ubicado, en pleno centro de Astorga y a unos pasos de la plaza España.
Las habitaciones son grandes, bastante cuidadas y limpias, al igual que el baño que es bastante cómodo.
La atención del personal es excelente, muy amables.
Incluso se nos había quedado una camisa y ellos llamaron a los pocos minutos de habernos ido.
