Avoid this hotel if you cannot speak Spanish.

The location was good.

Cons:

The staff member in the morning was extremely rude. We asked for breakfast and at first he said no. Then he reluctantly gave us breakfast. We complained to Booking. com. They took up our concerns with the hotel. The response from the hotel was actually dishonest and inaccurate if not insulting to us.

Al ir al hotel preguntamos para aparcar, nos dijeron que podríamos dejarlo por donde está el hotel (zona bares) y nos encontramos con la sorpresa de que al día siguiente amanecemos y no se encuentra el coche en el estacionamiento, y se llevaron el coche la grúa, por lo que nuestra estancia en Astorga fueron 100€ más (grúa y multa) en nuestra opinión, como hotel deberían de saber si no se puede aparcar en zonas cerca del hotel por el bienestar de sus huéspedes ya que te llevas un mal sabor de boca de allí.
La mujer de recepción no nos transmitió buenas sensaciones y respondía cortante.

Alcoba y baño muy buenos.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado tenía un límite que no mejoraba la temperatura. Y dos asistentes en recepción, hombres, actuaron con exceso de indiferencia, es decir, podríamos no estar y les daba lo mismo que si estuviéramos.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado al lado de la plaza del ayuntamiento, el personal es muy amable y nos dieron todas las facilidades para que nuestra estancia ahí fuese estupenda. Disponen también de un lugar habilitado para poder dejar las bicicletas.
