Pros:

Nothing, apart from the refund for one night.

Cons:

Everything, we only stayed one night as the room was dirty and damp.

Self contained, comfortable rooms above an Italian restaurant.
Pros:

This is an unstaffed facility where you use emailed codes to gain access. It all worked very well and the room was comfortable. Good WiFi. Parking was a bonus and it's just a short walk to a big Tesco store.

Cons:

A bit of a garlicky smell from the Italian restaurant next door and there was some noise from the street on the Saturday night I stayed but still slept well.

Very well decorated, smart and modern. Very clean and easy to access.
Manager very helpful and responsive in sorting a little issue.

Cons:

Some of the rooms face the road which means traffic noise because there isn’t double glazing.

Very nice looking room apart from the things mentioned and definitely not worth £200 for one night sadly disappointed

Bed comfortably good shower and bath plenty of tea coffee and water

Cons:

Tv and wifi not working main window curtains need repairing we could not close them properly. Toilet seat looks too small for toilet pan stains on the walls ie tea/coffee and boot polish marks on skirting boards. The bedding was clean but it should have been ironed before going on the bed

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Comfortable, big rooms with all facilities. I wish breakfast was included as the restaurant is just below the hotel and was very tempting. Very responsive What's App communication

Cons:

Parking spaces were very tight. Staff was helpful and confirmed via owner that they are standard width, which I don't think is the case. I small point, the entrance to hotel is from the side and the name was not easily visible when we reached late at night. However the instructions for entry were clear and helpful.

We would definitely overnight here again on our way down South
Pros:

The room was excellent and very stylish. The bed was comfortable and the shower room was very nice. The town was good, plenty of places to eat and a few shops. There was a good walk nearby to exercise the dog

A small place with loads of attention to detail.

As it was hot we had the window open so had a lot of road noise.
