excellent accommodation and lovely staff
Pros:

Comfortable room with all you can need. Staff were amazingly helpful and went above and beyond

Convenient, pleasant room
Pros:

The room was central to Cullompton and therefore easily accessible to find somewhere for breakfast and dinner. The room was comfortable and the shower room quite adequate. We didn't use the tea and coffee facilities but they were there and they also added bottles for tap water beside the bed, which was nice. It was great that there was a fan as it was very hot that night - it didn't create any more coolness but the air movement helped a little.

Cons:

There was a heatwave so we had to have all windows open and it was still roasting as it was an upper floor room - but the powerful fan helped a little. The outer door handle was coming off but I messaged the property and they said they would fix that. A little noisy as it's above a (quite nice) Italian restaurant on a busy junction. The windows opened onto a flat roof and, because the next property had their windows open too, we got a little noise from them (not bad).

Functional but noisy from traffic
Pros:

The check in was all done with codes and lockboxes. The texted info was clear and easy to understand. The room was clean and comfortable enough, the fan had been left on for us so it wasn't too hot even with not air conditioning. I had brought an extra fan with me which was necessary.

Cons:

The towels smelled musty. There was only one towel we had to share that wasn't too bad.
It was noisy next to the road near the traffic lights on the way to M5 with the window open.

A nice room with adequate facilities and good value for money, was nice and clean
Pros:

Room was very suitable for our stay, had all we needed, a little noisy first thing in the morning but we were in a high street so expected that.

Ok place if you stay in the winter. Wouldn’t advise staying if hotter than 15o outside.
Pros:

Nicely done up rooms. Good facilities

Cons:

The sash windows do not both open. So the heat gets trapped in the room. Contact the property but they didn’t acknowledge the windows as an easy solution. Cleaner hadn’t left windows open to help cool room even though they were asked to. Offered no compensation. The room was so hot we couldn’t sleep there and had to sleep in our car as was way cooler.

Lovely central place to stay
Pros:

The room was lovely, with some amazing furniture. The bathroom was a large wetroom with fantastic shower. The tea and coffee offer was note worthy, as there was plenty of milk (unlike those hotels who only provide a few tiny cartons), the coffee bags were a huge hit, as was the chocolate drink.

A remote controlled fan was also provided

Cons:

The room faces south, which means the sun is direct onto the window, resulting in the room getting very hot. Fortunately, the window is large, so it can be opened to allow a lot of air in. The fan also helped to make the place feel more comfortable

Smart rooms above a restaurant and chip shop. Needs aircon!
Pros:

We liked the furnishings and smart decor and comfortable beds. Also the handy location for a family party.

Cons:

We visited during hot weather - had 3 rooms - and experienced great and prolonged heat in room 5 in particular. Nobody slept. The location (above a restaurant and chip shop ) probably didn’t help. Manager Jo was understanding and gave us a partial refund.

Great location and super comfortable!!
Pros:

The room was outstanding and so comfortable!! On the High Street so perfect for exploring Cullompton and close to the Motorway to explore anywhere else!!

Cons:

Being on the first floor during a heatwave it was rather hot and the fan was very tiny for the size room. However, if it wasn't an extreme heatwave there wouldn't have been anything negative to report.

The location is 7mins away to the wedding venue

Excellent stay
Pros:

Very clean. Excellent communication from Jo the property manager. Excellent facilities - team, coffee, hot chocolate, with decaf option also available. Lovely bathroom with shampoo and conditioner, body wash etc.

Cons:

Nothing, it was all great.

Pros:

The room was well presented, clean and tidy. Bed comfortable. It was self check in which was very straight forward. On site parking which is always handy in a town centre.

Cons:

For me personally, I live very rural so the sound of traffic was quite noticeable, however it did quieten down into the night. My room was a little snug, no where to leave my suitcase open for the one night I was there.

Pros:

Nice rooms with excellent bathroom and shower.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room did get very warm on a hot day making sleeping difficult. A fan is supplied however.

Lovely rooms but no air con
Pros:

Comfy large bed, onsite parking, easy to check in, nice sized room

Cons:

Bathroom was more of a wet room, lack of air con made the stay uncomfortable though we were provided with fans.
