pleasant staff but a very basic no frills stay
Pros:

the staff were very friendly. the price was good.

Cons:

The room never got cleaned once in the week we were there, there were no fresh towels. the food menu was the same every day. not much choice. no ice creams included in the all inclusive. no desserts. no choice for kids.

Well where do I start. Unless u like turkish food u dont eat. Had to ask several times for 3 days to get clean towels. Beds wernt touched the whole week we stayed. Leak in bathroom ment bathroom floor was constantly flooded only a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt. When we complained about this we wer told it's a old building and just to be careful. Shower is like nothing I have seen before. It's a shower over bath but bath has step init so not enough room to shower either down step and hazardous if u stand on top of step. Room so small are 3 cases didnt fit in so we had to let daughter squeeze in beside us so r cases cud sit on her bed. Cant sit on balcony as air con is on floor so when air con is on it blows out hot air and is like sitting in front of oven. No wer to hang wet clothes or towels to dry on balcony. A whole 2 hangers in wardrobe. Only 1 small light over mirror in bathroom it was like getting showered in the dark. Honestly this place is shocking.
