Positive and cheerful stay the whole time we were there.
Pros:

Clean property, friendly staff, good service. Took extra good care of us at check out time by finding us a taxi early morning and helping with luggage and language translation.

Generally very comfortable, ability to speak Korean would be an advantage as English speakers were not always available.

Cons:

Our toilette developed a fault which meant that overnight we had to use public facilities on the top floor at the gym. The quiet times in the gym that was directly over our room were not enforced so we were disturbed late at night and early in the morning.
