Great location, but the hotel is starting to look dated and could use some upkeep.

Cons:

Unkept grounds, grass and weeds needed cut. Looked like it wasnt cut in weeks. It appears that the owners need to start investing in their property as it's starting to look dated and no improvements.

It was a place to stay
Pros:

It was where we were needed to be

Cons:

OK, walked into the room. They had patched walls that were not painted over with a 13 inch TV on the wall and that was in both rooms. And they were supposed to have breakfast, but I don’t consider bagels and yogurt breakfast when you don’t eat bread. And shouldn’t be no reason for a minimum of two days to book rooms.

Iron rich ring around the tub is nasty

Conveniently located for my purpose to need it at all.

Cons:

I was told by the manager/nephew of the owner that they had housekeeping services. Four day stay and no housekeeping at all. Room 208 King Suite with jacuzzi tub is not good. The water is yellowish and nasty and the shower is real basic. I didn’t expect allot when I chose this place out of necessity, and I was right to think that. If you’re not looking for much and don’t mind paying downstate prices for it then this is your place.

Nice staff but their bed spread was very dirty

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The hotel was quiet.

Cons:

The bed spread was dirty. It looked it hadn't been washed in a very long time. The sheets were clean.

Excellent value, safe, clean
Pros:

Huge suite! Felt like an apartment! Great jacuzzi. Great television. Excellent refrigerator. Somewhat comfortable bed. Very clean. Third time staying here.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better. Not from Walmart.
