Absolut enttäuschend

Cons:

Diese Unterkunft als Hotel zu betiteln ist irreführend und mehr als frech. Ein Hotel bietet nach allgemeinen Standards täglichen Zimmerservice/Reinigung, eine besetzte Rezeption und mindestens ein Restaurant oder sonstigen gastronomischen Service. Das Six Boutique Hotel ruft zwar Preise für eine Übernachtung mit über 200 € ähnlich einer gehobenen Hotelkategorie mit den entsprechenden Services auf, bietet aber eine Leistung auf unterstem Niveau:

keine Rezeption
Kein Zimmerservice mit Reinigung oder Wäschewechsel
kein gastronomisches Angebot, noch nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer

Insgesamt war die Unterkunft und das von uns bewohnte Zimmer 2 erbärmlich:

Zimmer dunkel und kühl
Heizung (nur 1 Heizkörper im Schlafzimmer) abgeschaltet, stattdessen ein Infrarotapparat dessen Gebrauchsanweisung über eine Hotline erfragt werden musste. Im Badezimmer gar keine Heizung, Fenster oder Lüftung.

Bett/Wäsche
Das max. 160 cm große Bett war einfach nur ekelig. Es gab keinen Matratzenschoner, lediglich ein altes, dünnes und viel zu kleines Betttuch war auf der Matratze. Schon nach kürzester Zeit war das Betttuch verschoben und man lag direkt auf der Matratze. Die Bettwäsche war alt, vergilbt …Die Handtücher im Bad waren ebenfalls alt, dünn und mehr als abgenutzt.

Sauberkeit
Das Zimmer, Bad und der kleine desolate Balkon waren sehr dürftig gereinigt bzw. dreckig. Staubflocken überall, Schmutzecken im Bad, Unrat und Zigarettenkippen auf dem Balkon.

Der Gesamteindruck des Six Boutiqe Hotels und unseres Zimmers war wirklich mehr als enttäuschend. Wir waren schon oft in Haarlem, auch über den Königstag und wissen um das knappe Übernachtungsangebot und das Preisniveau. Aber die Betreiber dieser Unterkunft sollten sich die Frage gefallen lassen, ob dieses Angebot fair, wenn nicht sogar unverschämt ist.

Very good location and will only consider to stay in the ground floor room
Pros:

Location is very good. But it’s extremely challenging to carry luggage’s up and down the staircase

Cons:

No elevator for luggage.
No hooks in the toilet to hang clothes the towels
The shower box door is not tight enough so water spills out, making the floor wet and slippery that is dangerous

Mycket bra läge och fint rum. Kan varmt rekommenderas!

Cons:

Kan vara bra att ha med öronproppar då det är ett livligt kvarter 😊 Men det är trevligt att bo mitt i centrum.

Ubicación excepcional
Pros:

La úbicación excepcional. En el centro de Haarlem a poco metros de la iglesia. Hasta la estación de trenes unos 15 minutos a pie. Mucho espacio en la habitación para 4 personas. Baño con todas las necesidades. Las personas de contacto rápidas en contestar cuando los contactamos. Hubo un problema de Wifi y no tardaron en venir y arrelgarlo aunque fue un domingo por la tarde.

Cons:

Cada uno es un mundo - y un pro puede tener un contra. La ubicaión excepcional por lo que habían muchos bares bajo de la casa. Fuimos un fin de semana y hubo mucha fiesta Para nuestro gusto los colchones eran muy blandos y el agua se saíía de la ducha. No obstante estabamos muy agusto en el alojamiento.

Ruime kamer op toplocatie maar zonder ramen
Pros:

De locatie, die is top.

Cons:

De kamer was ruim maar erg donker, en rook wat muffig ondanks de geurverspreiders. Ook was het koud en wat vochtig. De airco werkte niet een het duurde lang voordat de elektrische kachel de ruimte warm kreeg.
Een echte raam ontbreekt, dat was nogal benauwend.
Interieur wat gedateerd maar wel netjes.

The location was excellent, spotless clean and comfortable. The staff on the phone were excellent if there were any questions.

Ask the lady in the shop to store our suitcases until we could get in and they said no, it would be great if they did.

Pros:

The location was very nice, the room was nice, the place was nice and check in was straightforward

Cons:

The room was cold with no way of heating it, the stairs are a bit of a hazard especially if you want to carry a big bag (not recommended for old persons) and the worse for me is the bed, they used two mattresses for a double bed, i did not have a good sleep since i kept falling in the middle. Juts invest in a double bed mattress for gods sake.
