Excellent.. I like everything about lexis hibiscus. Staff at reception until to the bellboy are Polite n frenly..
Hotel room spacious clean comfortable and great view from the top.. Satisfied.. However few minor things i just compared with Lexis KL

1) no valet parking
2) no complimentary drinks like alcohol
3) request ice cube but it comes with charges RM10 but lexis KL free of charge
4) less variety foods
