Pros:

Great service folks and very close to the airport. Nice layout and good layout of the property and cottages like setting.

Cons:

It’s expensive.

Very convenient to airport, clean and quiet!
Pros:

Friendly staff
Fine place to sleep before a morning flight from JRO. 5 minutes from airport

Cons:

Long path to lodge but staff met us at 4 am to guide us down the path and help with luggage to shuttle

Excellent emplacement au milieu d’un parc magnifique et personnel adorable
Pros:

L’hôtel est incroyablement bien situé : juste à côté de l’aéroport, mais sans les nuances !
Les chambres sont disséminées dans un immense parc, au milieu d’une végétation luxuriante, et on a l’impression d’être au milieu de la jungle, loin de toute civilisation.
Les chambres et les salles de bain ne sont pas particulièrement modernes mais l’ensemble a du charme.
La piscine est très grande avec une magnifique vue sur le mont Kilimandjaro (quand il n’est pas dans les nuages).
Le bar, dans lequel on peut dîner en amoureux, est absolument magnifique !
Nous avons goûté plusieurs spécialités locales, c’était vraiment délicieux…
Le personnel est d’une gentillesse à toute épreuve, y compris le Directeur qui a été très souple et nous a accordé un late check out très apprécié.
Quant à la navette gratuite pour l’aéroport, que ce soit pour l’arrivée pour le départ, est un énorme plus !

Cons:

Notre chambre et notre salle de bain auraient besoin d’une petite rénovation

Exceptional hospitality!
Pros:

I stayed in KIA lodge the evening before my flight back to the UK after a month in Tanzania. KIA lodge was the perfect place to relax and reflect on my travels. I had read some reviews which complained about cleanliness / shower temperature, but I certainly didn't notice any issues with cleanliness or the showers. I found both my room and the grounds to be well-kept and clean. The staff were so helpful! There were so many options for breakfast and it was delicious. Prices for food was reasonable.

Das Personal war wie man es in Tansania gewohnt ist sehr nett.

Cons:

Für eine Flughafenhotel 15€ pro Person für eine Dusche zu verlangen halte ich schlichtweg für unverschämt und abzocke.

Locatie aan luchthaven en goede lodge.
Pros:

Heel dicht bij de luchthaven, gratis vervoer naar daar, zelfs bij heel vroege vlucht. Ontbijt konden we wel niet nemen omdat het te vroeg was wat ik wel spijtig vond. We hadden er uiteindelijk toch voor betaald. Zwembad met Kilimanjaro uitzicht.

Do not go to this hotel. Value for money is horrible. Also, they scammed to us to pay a lot more than the aagreed price for late check out. We had to pay because we needed to catch out flight. Again: DO NOT BOOK this hotel

Pros:

Beautiful views. Beautiful setting. I wasn’t there long due to an early flight but someone was waiting outside my hut to carry my bag at 3 am. The sweetest thing ever.

Pros:

De ligging tov de airport. Slechts 5 minuten rijden en je wordt keurig opgehaald.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niks. Kia Lodge is een hele basic accommodatie en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Verwacht geen luxe maar de kamers zijn schoon, het bed is prima en de douche is war.m.

Location to the airport, very good.
The Lodge itself needs a complete makeover. The furniture and make up of the lodge come straight out of the 80". The chairs in the dining room are definitely extremly old.
The only redeeming feature is the location to Kili airport.
The evening menu was certainly lacking. As i said i would encourage the owner to shut it down for 1 month and do a complete make over. The price charged was far to much for that facility

Basic, close to hotel, incredible grounds!
Pros:

Very cool venue, amazing gardens and grounds, lovely staff, room was basic not lavish, food was below par. Thankfully to have such a cool spot so close to airport.

Cons:

Food was not great and we were locked into a fIced menu. Very small room with Prince bathroom and sheets were course but did the trick for quick stay over. Grounds made our visit special and wish I had time to to use the pool with incredible sunset view.
