同为希尔顿品牌，服务体验与押金政策在不同城市存在明显差异。

Cons:

作为连续入住不同城市希尔顿酒店的客人，这次上海希尔顿的体验与我在成都希尔顿的入住感受形成了非常明显的对比。
在成都希尔顿，我同样是通过第三方平台预订两间房，并且清晨 6–7 点就到达酒店。前台人员非常热情，主动帮我查询房态，清楚说明无法立即入住的原因，并提供了付费升级至行政套房、可马上入住的解决方案，整个过程非常专业，也让我感到被尊重。此外，成都希尔顿在办理入住时明确告知押金政策，两间房总共只收取 RMB 2000 的押金，清晰且合理。
相比之下，上海希尔顿的入住体验明显不足。虽然我在 Booking 上明确预订了一间大床房和一间双床房，但前台最初却表示不确定是否有双床房，并将原因归咎于第三方平台。更令人不适的是，在办理入住时才被告知需要每晚每间房 RMB 1000 的押金，而这一重要信息在预订页面并未事先明确说明。
在我提出质疑后，前台才表示押金可以“调整”，最终只收取一间房的押金。这让我感觉相关政策缺乏透明度和一致性，也与同品牌酒店的服务水准不相符。
我并不介意合理的费用或押金安排，但作为五星级酒店，更希望看到的是清晰的规则、主动的沟通，以及一致的服务标准。

Great holiday accommodation in Shanghai
Pros:

Great central location with one of the best breakfast buffets I have seen anywhere in the world. Rooms are extremely comfortable as are the beds. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Overall we had a great stay
Pros:

Love the interior deco, the room is very spacious. Location is good too and beds are very comfortable. The only thing I didnt like was room temperature , it was too hot and unable to adjust .

Pros:

Ультрасовременный отель, со стильным дизайном. Все новое и модное. Очень красивые номера. Вкусные завтраки, приятный персонал на ресепшен. Если спите с закрытым окном - все прекрасно.

Cons:

Все номера с видом на город - очень шумно. Я люблю спать с открытым окном для свежего воздуха, но спать невозможно. Сделали со скидкой номер с видом на сад - это другое дело, тихо и комфортно. Зимой охлаждения нет, кондиционер работает только на обогрев.
