Perfect for a one night stay to ING arena :)
Pros:

Willy is the sweetest! I had a last minute person join the room and he accommodated wonderfully :) Even offered us the room with the bigger bed! We stayed in the room with the full bed though.
If you need to go to ING arena, this is a great option!

Cons:

the two bathrooms (one with a toilet, one with sink/shower/bath) were dirty. Check in is also a bit late, but check with him to see if earlier check in is available!

The apartment was very clean, cozy, and well-organized. The space was comfortable, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a short stay. The location was quiet and relaxing, perfect for a peaceful night, and the check-in process was easy and smooth.

Simple, efficace, très bon rapport qualité/prix.
Pros:

Ce n'est pas la première fois que je séjourne chez Nys Willy. L'emplacement est idéal à proximité du centre d'exposition. C'est un super rapport qualité prix. J'ai vu qu'une personne a mis des commentaires négatifs récemment. Elle n'y est pas du tout. Nys Willy propose une solution simple, pas cher et à proximité de l'Atonium et du centre d'exposition. C'est tout et c'est très bien !

Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Would 100% recommend this place, especially because I’ve never found such a kind host. Stayed here because of a concert since it’s super close the ING Arena and the area seemed pretty safe. The bed was also very comfortable in my opinion.

Cons:

The bathroom and toilet are in two separate rooms, while the bathroom was clean the toilet space could’ve been cleaner, but overall it wasn’t that bad.
