​"I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay. The property description was misleading. I was told the room had Air Conditioning, but upon arrival, there was no AC at all—only a fan. To make matters worse, the fan is extremely slow and ineffective. The room is unhygienic and uncomfortable, which is a health concern. I would like to request a partial refund for the lack of promised facilities."

The room smelled bad, was not clean, and the staff was not polite.
Pros:

The bed cover and bed sheet were not clean. The whole room was dusty and smelled bad. The staff working there were not polite.

Cons:

The room smelled bad, especially since they had given it to someone else without cleaning it.They don't call before checking out the room, they just keep knocking on the door, which is annoying.
