得に有りません。
何も良くない最悪ですよ❗

Cons:

駐車場に車を止めて車のリヤゲートを降ろした瞬間足元の床のマンホールの蓋が壊れ私は足から下のマンホールに落ちました。
左脇腹を強打裂傷と右肘を裂傷しました。
マンホールの深さは、2mぐらいです。
恐怖です。
ホテル側は、セキリテーがバンドエイドと消毒薬を、持って来ただけの対応でした。
1つ間違えば死ぬ所でした。
ホテル側の不備でありながら一切の謝罪もありませんでした。
最低最悪のホテルです。

The staff are hardworking and attentive, but they seem to lack sufficient guidance.

On a positive note, the cleaning staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The walls are very thin, making street noise clearly audible, almost as if the window were open. When we ordered room service, we clearly stated that we would pay upon coming down. However, the staff called, and we explained that we would pay later due to being unwell. Despite this, another staff member came to the door requesting immediate payment. Additionally, there seems to be a disproportionately high number of trainees compared to the main staff, particularly those from vocational schools (SMK). When I requested a room change as an Indonesian citizen, I was told that no rooms were available on the same floor. However, when my partner, a foreigner, requested a room change at the lobby, it was immediately granted. This reflects a social gap and a difference in treatment for the same request.

Beware on the deposit system here.
Pros:

Location is just in front of the big road and easy to find.

Cons:

Be careful on the deposit system and the officer who receives your cash deposit during check in.
We didn't get our deposit back, didn't get informed that we should have a written paper proof to get the deposit back, didn't even get a paper during check in. Might as well find a hotel that have fully digital system and even avoid hotel with this outdated deposit system.

Pros:

Very friendly, excellent service.

Cons:

Breakfast could do with a few improvements, New coffee machine!!, that works. New toaster!!, that can toast both sides at once, and is not so slooooow !!!
Sliced bread should be kept in packaging or container, so it doesn't dry out.

Beyond my expectation
Pros:

Spacious clean room, comfort bed, great breakfast, and excellent location surrounding with shops cafe and resto, and quite close to some campuses and shuttle pools. Also Good wifi, nice staff, and simple check in/out process.

Highly not recommended.

Cons:

Breach of Privacy! Hotel staff went into my room and took something without informing beforehand while the “Do Not Disturb” was ON. Service was very slow.

Gym room is extremely BAD. Only ONE treadmill and cycling machine available, and the room is very smelly.

No Swimming Pool.
