Wonderful beach hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds
Pros:

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There was no mini fridge in the room so we had no way to keep our drinks cold. It's a minor grievance though and it didn't effect our opinion on the overall stay.

Better options in Biloxi
Pros:

As a lifetime diamond member with Hilton, I get to stay in many different properties and have stayed at this one over the years since it began as a Doubletree. It used to have pretty good service, but not that much anymore. For instance, the kitchen is poorly run and last week when I stayed here, they said that they didn’t have any hot food available as soon as I came to the counter to order at the bar. This week I ordered their shrimp… which is really good when it’s available… annnnd they gave it to another customer. Totally forgot about my order. Unacceptable service. Just not feeling it here anymore.

I still haven't received my $50.00 deposit from Doubletree.
Cons:

I thought there would at least have a continental breakfast, because of the overcharging for the rooms.

Bad carpet. Old room. Seemed like a Motel 6 or worse.
Pros:

Staff was great and friendly. Sheets were clean. Shower was clean.

Cons:

1st room wasn't cleaned. Back downstairs.

2nd room: Bad carpet, outdated furniture. Carpet was bad! Room 1206 I think. No Fridge. No Microwave.

Pool was closed for repairs. It was cold, so it didn't matter much. Need a gate/shuttle to get to casinos more conveniently

Breakfast: I thought it was free. Was then told it $15.00 for all you can eat. But plates were available for sale.
