Bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was terrible overcooked eggs grits were dry. Fried steak was cold. Gravy was cold. Definitely was not worth the cost.

The only reason I booked there was to stay in the hot tub Spa and it is not working so I am very dissatisfied

Loved seeing the Biloxi Lighthouse and sunset on the beach.
Pros:

Bathroom facilities were good. Bath towels were wonderful! We were given 2 warm wonderful cookies and 2 waters upon checking in.

Cons:

A/C Unit was not working properly. The room was 60 degrees when we arrived and could not change. Maintenance tried to help but could not get the wall control to match the actual wall unit. The unit did not cycle through the night.. The night reading light on the right side of bed did not work. There were many kids with the BETA CLUB convention who were a bit noisy into the night (running up & down halls, etc.) We did report this to front desk, and security did speak to them about it.

Wonderful beach hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There was no mini fridge in the room so we had no way to keep our drinks cold. It's a minor grievance though and it didn't effect our opinion on the overall stay.

Better options in Biloxi
Pros:

As a lifetime diamond member with Hilton, I get to stay in many different properties and have stayed at this one over the years since it began as a Doubletree. It used to have pretty good service, but not that much anymore. For instance, the kitchen is poorly run and last week when I stayed here, they said that they didn’t have any hot food available as soon as I came to the counter to order at the bar. This week I ordered their shrimp… which is really good when it’s available… annnnd they gave it to another customer. Totally forgot about my order. Unacceptable service. Just not feeling it here anymore.
