Briar was AWESOME. He took good care of us. Made sure everything was exceptionally great.

Cons:

The girls attitude at breakfast. We had never received a breakfast voucher before and didn’t know how it worked. When we told the lady at the counter. She was not helpful and told us there was no buffet. We travel a lot and we will NOT visit your hotel again!!!!

over-priced, especially compared to other hotels in the area

staff all seemed nice

Cons:

pool was closed. floors/surfaces were filthy and things were falling apart (such as the handrails in one of the elevators). such a big deal is made on the website about paying extra for the breakfast but I have seen free continental breakfasts with better selections
