Pros:

The view was nice

Cons:

Arrived to a late check in. Floors were not clean as it cause socks and feet turn black. Asked to have the issue resolved the next day unfortunately we returned back to the same problem black socks and feet. Asked again to have the issue amended by this time I’m annoyed & ask to make a formal complaint as the apartment became untenable.

There was nothing to complain about but the construction area was a little unsightly - however that will soon be finished so it can’t count against the property

Location is fantastic, so handy to Kiwa Pools. View is amazing, who doesnt love staring at the ocean. Great facilities within the park for families with kids.

Cons:

Having bedrooms downstairs and living above, you can hear the noise from above in the bedrooms below so can be a problem trying to get kids to sleep while others are upstairs.

Excellent, we love this place so will be back next year.
Pros:

Apartment is awesome, fantastic location (close to the beach) with great views, awesome it is part of the holiday park so we are able to use all the facilities available in the park eg. pool, playground

Cons:

Only one thing lets it down, the bedrooms are downstairs and you can hear everything happening upstairs from below so anyone walking around above could be quite a disturbance for those trying to sleep below.

It was on the beachfront easy walk to town and restaurants

Cons:

We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it only had 1 bathroom with toilet would have been nice to have separate or additional toilet we had 6 adults otherwise couldn’t fault it

Wonderful unit to make a base for our family.
Pros:

The unit was great for us. Very well equipped.

Cons:

We didn't know that there was going to be so much construction work on. Felt a bit catfished when you consider when we thought we were coming to vs what was there.
All was ok realt but just a shame not to be able to use the games room etc and to have to walk around all the work.
