The original owner of the property was good they said. We were the first customer with this new owner after he bought he
Pros:

The place is quiet and breezy that even without aircon, it’s okay. The bungalow is also okay in terms of cleanliness.

Cons:

It was impossible for us to book pass app or tuktok from there so we had to rent motorbike. The owner of the property charged us 4 days of use of the bike even when the company that owns the motorbike agreed that it was only 3 days. He insisted on charging us 4 days of use and refused refund. Their restaurant only opens in the afternoon so good luck getting breakfast and the food was pricey. There is a community kitchen though that you can use for $1 a day.l but finding a shop or market to buy your ingredients is also a nightmare plus there is no fridge in the community kitchen.

It’s a good location near the mountains and also not too far from the main road. Quite nice especially it’s isolated from the others area

Maybe the smell from the rotten fruit.

Pros:

A perfect place for recovering myself and get some rest. The food was very good, handmade and very healthy. Everything is done with a lot of care and attention. Very silence and surrounded by very beautiful nature and mangoes trees :) The staff will help you with anything you ask. I felt there like home.
If I go to Kep again I will go to this place with no doubt. Thank you so much!!

Pros:

Posto molto bello, corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione della struttura. La camera è spartana ma molto pulita. È presente una ventola. Alla sera quando si accendono le luci, entrano molti insetti ma nel letto è presente una zanzariera.
Cena ottima. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Offrono la possibilità di noleggiare la bici gratuitamente.

Cons:

Assenza della porta tra la camera ed il bagno.

Nice stay, clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Advertised as a pet friendly location but turns out not that pet friendly. Steep chairs to bungalow with big gaps between the sports. Pets need to be leeched all the time. It's more the practical side than the owner don't want to host pets.

Very pleasant stay at Le Soleil, run by a Franco-Cambodian couple.
Pros:

Staff so nice in a peacefull place, I recommend to stay there when you come to Kep!

Cons:

Just the rain falls heavily on the tin roofs of the bungalows, that's it.

Beautiful place of our recently stayed
Pros:

The property was prepared well with greenery surrounding.
Owner and sfatt Mr. Lyyon very friendly and helpful during our stay.
Food was very delicious.
I would to stay again once I travel to Kep province.

Haven of peace
Pros:

A great haven of peace, I was supposed 2 night but ended staying at Le Soleil for 2 weeks, the location is near amazing mountains that you can easily go thanks to bikes that are available for us with no charges. Le Soleil isn't just a place to stay, sleep before you go, locals like to meet here to discuss enriching things about off the beaten path places, caves and parcs that completely blew my mind. Besides all of this, I have tried their amazing and authentic Khmer Food without any glutamate or others processed products, which makes it truly special, especially in this country. A few words wouldn't be enough to talk about the staff here, Sokhun and his boss and sister, Eng always tried to make my stay the best it could be and they succeeded. A thousand thanks to this wonderful family.
