Central location, clean apartment, lots of space
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here as a family of four adults and two children. The apartment was ideal,plenty of space for suitcases, comfortable communal lounging areas, and a large balcony where we could dry clothes, sit together to eat, or just relax. Each bedroom had its own air-conditioning unit, which made a huge difference in the heat.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed – stove, microwave, fridge freezer, and all the cutlery and extras.
What really made the stay special was Kim at the front desk. Arriving to find the fridge and cupboards stocked with essentials like water, milk, bread, yoghurts, and eggs was such a thoughtful touch and meant we could settle in straight away without rushing to the shops. It felt very personal and showed how much they care about their guests having a great experience.
The pools were spotless, peaceful, and a perfect escape from the blistering heat. The beach is a short 5–10 minute walk, just as described, though the uphill road on the way back can feel a bit challenging in the heat depending on the time of day.
Each room had good storage with cupboards and hanging space, and we appreciated the supply of bath towels, pool towels, and hair towels, along with the apartment being cleaned and refreshed every three days.
We would definitely come back again and happily recommend it to families or groups looking for a comfortable, welcoming stay.

Sehr geräumige, moderne und top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem ist man in wenigen Gehminuten am Strand und bei den Restaurants. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (BigC/7Eleven) fußläufig erreichbar. Highlight: Der Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang von der riesigen Terasse!

A slice of paradise near beautiful beaches and with gorgeous views.

We stayed for 8 nights in March and we LOVED it here. Beautiful, quiet, clean, peaceful, wonderful. Kim at the reception desk was a lovely person and so helpful with answering questions or helping to book us a taxi to get to Old Town, etc. Our family of 5 loved our 3-bedroom villa - we could have stayed much longer in a heart beat. We met some long-term travellers there, who come every year to stay for a few months. We can see why they do! If we make it back to Thailand, we will stay here for sure, and for a long time!
We appreciated the A/C, the comfortable couches, the great kitchen and dining area, the two bathrooms, the fabulous huge deck with its gorgeous views, the 2 swimming pools and lounge chairs (shared with other guests, but they were never busy), and the proximity of the place to many little shops around the main road. We could walk to 7-11, massages, restaurants, coffee shops, take-out, and the beautiful beach within minutes. It’s a pretty perfect place. Very happy to have found it.

Pros:

Lovely spacious apartment with beautiful views from balcony. We loved the breakfast provisions for our first day and that we could get our own breakfast and eat at the large table on the balcony. We also enjoyed having the pool there for quick dips or a lazy time. The apartment was surrounded by beautiful gardens and flowering plants, a feast for the senses. Beyond that was the view of the sea. The staff were so kind and helpful as well
