Pros:

I only stayed from midday to midnight. Somewhere to escape from the heat of the city whilst waiting for an onward connection by long distance coach which left from the adjacent bus terminal.

Exceptional
Pros:

Perfect location for a quick night’s sleep if you’re coming in/leaving from the CTM bus station.

Rooms are basic but cheap. Old building but the hot water works and there’s a restaurant downstairs. 30 second walk from the CTM station.

The hotel staff was really great! Helped us arrange a day trip via taxi to Atlas Studio/Aït Benhaddou for a fare price.

Inexpensive place in a good location
Pros:

Price, location, friendly staff.

Cons:

Very basic small room. Good for one night. The door was next to impossible to open (staff had to help us every time) but otherwise no major complaints.

A cheap and functional stay, perfect for exploring the city.
Pros:

The staff were helpful and, for the price, the hotel did exactly what I needed it to do! It was useful to have the cafe/restaurant just downstairs as well.

Cons:

The WiFi was unreliable.

Too cold in the room
Pros:

The location

Cons:

It was so cold. It was warmer outside then inside my room. And it was only 5° outside. I had to buy a small heater, but the room was so so cold. Nothing helped.

Good location and nice staff but could be much better
Pros:

Nice staff, great location, cool roof top, convenient if you take CTM bus

Cons:

Bed was broken (mattress kinda collapsed on one side), bad wifi signal, broken shutter on window, we had to ask for soap and shampoo (as it was provided in the ad), broken shower handle, very simple breakfast. Can be noisy but that's normal with the location

Definitely would not recommend this place
Pros:

The location (close to the CTM bus station) was about the only positive.

Cons:

Noise from restaurant downstairs and reception although was very quiet later.

Didn't have control for AC in the room, when I went down he showed me it and said "you don't need it"! I took it but heating either didn't work or was disabled - room was very very cold.

Bed extremely hard and uncomfortable

Breakfast was terrible - dirty cutlery, coffee tasted like soap, hygiene standards non existent in this place!
An hour after eating it I had diarrhoea (and the day before I only ate things I'd bought from Carrefour) luckily I had diarrhoea relief capsules with me.

Someone tried to enter the room at 11:25 (knocked then tried to open the door (to "clean"?) when check out is not until 12 and there is no "do not disturb sign"), luckily I had the key in and the door locked.

Hairs all over the floor in the bathroom, mold on the wall.
