Ein fantastisches Hotel mit hervorragendem Service, sehr sauberer Umgebung und unglaublich freundlichem Personal, absolu

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach hervorragend. Schon beim Ankommen wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und das gesamte Personal war während unseres Aufenthalts außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat sofort gemerkt, dass hier großer Wert auf Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Die Zimmer waren ebenfalls sehr sauber und komfortabel. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der Service. Das Team war jederzeit bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit und können dieses Hotel wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Istanbul werde ich definitiv wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Es gibt wirklich nichts Negatives zu sagen. Alles war bestens organisiert und wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Very clean and spacious facilities

员工超级好，一直很帮忙，在未定之前就一直跟我们确定来的行程。从机场接机到酒店、一来到就送上欢迎饮跟甜品。虽然只住一晚、房间也是给我们安排了海景房、干净整洁，小孩老人都很满意。以后来伊斯坦布尔也会再来的

Cons:

Bouwwerkzaamheden hele nacht. Slechte slaaprust.
Je kan niet relaxed voor de deur parkeren. Alleen na 17.00 tot 10.00. Je kan in een parkeergarage ernaast parkeren maar die sluit elke avond om 20.00. Niet ideaal.

El Hotel tiene una excelente ubicación desde donde se puede ir dando un paseo a muchos de los principales sitios turísticos de la ciudad (por ejemplo, mezquita de Santa Sofia, mezquita Azul, Palacio Topkapi, Columnas de Goth, Cisterna de Basílica, Obeliscos, Gran Bazar) y de los muelles de las embarcaciones de donde salen muchas excursiones por el Bósforo. Superior a la ubicación es el trato del personal que trabaja en el hotel, muy profesionales y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte en todo. Destacaría a todo el personal pero quiero hacer mención especial a Madj (habla muy bien español y te da referencias sobre los sitios a visitar, la ciudad etc), a Azi (que fue de gran ayuda al darnos consejos sobre restaurantes cercanos ademas de atendernos siempre con una sonrisa en la zona de cafetería del hotel) y a Ali (que también fue muy atento y amable en su atención). Destacaría también que el hotel ofrece de forma gratuita café y te.

Niezwykle przyjazny personel hotelu odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze pytania i oczekiwania, dbając o komfort. Wskazywał ciekawe miejsca i jak do nich dotrzeć, rekomendował restauracje i miejsca relaksu, pięknie dziękujemy:) Pokój urządzony z wyczuciem i dbałością o szczegóły, łóżka wygodne, ręczniki zmieniane codziennie. Widok z okna na Bosfor, wszędzie spacerkiem blisko, niedaleko przystanek tramwajowy. Nasze nowe miejsce w Stambule:)

Extraordinary service and beautiful hotel

The service of the staff is extraordinary. You always get a smile, good recommendations and a cup of tea or coffee.

The location is great. It’s 10 to 15 minutes walking to the sights in Sultanahmet and the Grand Bazar and within 20 minutes walking you are in Galata as well.

We had a great room with view over the Bosphorus. Will definitely come back.
