Hôtel conforme aux photos
Pros:

La personne qui nous a accueilli était très agréable et souriante, la chambre immense avec bouilloire un balcon une table trois chaises et un Tancarville , l hôte nous offrait un café chaque matin . Endroit calme légèrement excentré du centre 10 min maximum a pied

le lit ( matelas ferme comme une planche de bois)

Pros:

We were disappointed from the very beginning.
Please note that payment is only accepted in cash ( it says in the policies) , but ONLY in Euros. This means you’ll likely need to go through a money exchange or Western Union, which results in losing more money on the transaction. We got no receipt.

The apartment itself is clean, but unfortunately there is a strong sewage smell coming from the toilet that spreads throughout the entire apartment. So you have to coexist with that.
Additionally, the fridge does not get cold enough to properly store food. And no bed side lamps

Cons:

The location is good. On a positive note, the cleaning lady was the highlight of our stay—she is very sweet and polite. She helped us a lot.

It was a nice place, except the smelly toilet.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. From the place, you can go by walk at the main avenue for walk and the restaurants, bars.

Cons:

The toilet was clean but smelly , bad odour.

Pros:

It's a fairly nice place in a quiet area
It's also on a hill so it's not that easy to get there.

Cons:

few minutes walk to the beach or town and on a hill.

It's on the more expensive side especially for Albania and that there are no services provided. At the time of my booking I can't say there were better options in Himara tho

Pros:

Amazed by the size and modern style of the room. Everything was super clean! Good wifi, close to the beach, great amenities.
Love that it had a wash bucket, a wash rack, fridge and a waterkettle and free coffee&tea.

Cons:

The only minor detail I missed was a bedside light, you only had the main light. Which is a bit much if you just want some light while laying in bed.

And the check-in situation was a bit odd, you have to call them if you want to check in, which is a bit difficult/ expensive if you have to call from a foreign provider.
They could leave the wifi Password in the hallway so you could at least connect to that and then be able to reach them through whatsapp.
I now was able to get the wifi from a guest that was already staying there.

Great value
Pros:

Big room, comfortable beds, very nice shower. Balcony. Friendly host. After lightning struck, the power went off but this was fixed very fast.

Cons:

Check in was a bit of a hassle. We had to call a number which was on the door to be able to receive a room number.
