We were made to feel at home in a beautiful setting, enjoyed the delicious meals & happy vibes & delightful fresh flower arrangements everywhere

Travelled with my elderly mother. From arrival to departure, the staff were truly amazing and super helpful. Family run farm/guesthouse - Simon and his sisters really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome! Twin room was very cosy and beautifully decorated - loved the mix of old and new. Communal areas - easily accessable and comfortable. Farm is set in a very scenic location. The meals were exceptional. The use of locally grown produce an added bonus. The farm is also home to "The Cultured Whey", a range of healthy, probiotic rich products - a visit to the production kitchen very informative. The Oaklands "Healh Pod" was also lovely - massage and reflexology were excellent. Although we didn't have the best weather and so could not do much outside - Oaklands has many outdoor options and activities available like horseriding and hiking. A highly recommended stay!

Set in stunningly beautiful grounds, Oaklands has the friendliest staff, delish food and a chilled, relaxed vibe. Room was very comfy and well thought out. I went there to de-stress and left in a happy coma😊. Lots to do for the energetic but for me the bonus was the time to read and just be.

All the meals are very generous and tasty. Breakfast - The selection of fresh cut fruit is well above average. The egg solutions from omelet through to eggs benedict are delicious! Dinner is outstanding.
Walks, horse riding, etc. well guided and most enjoyable.

One of the absolute highlights was the incredible food. With a focus on regenerative farming, every meal was a celebration of fresh, locally sourced ingredients, beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. The passion for sustainability and quality shines through, making each bite a true farm-to-table experience.
