Our room albeit very comfortable only has one chair to sit and it was a pod chair that once you fell into , you need help getting out. For a senior like myself it was restrictive.

Beautifully appointed rooms. Beds super comfortable. Bathrooms large and nicely designed. Had high end appliances in bathroom and kitchenette ( Dyson dryer and Nespresso machine).

Beautiful Victorian home that’s been converted into the boutique hotel it is today. Charming town with many lovely shops
No complaints but if you have walking issues be sure to request the suite on the main floor to avoid the steps to the 2 nd floor

The hotel is very heavily scented and, while not in the property’s control, the trains coming past are very disruptive.
A very nice historical building that is very well maintained. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly.
You cannot have a decent sleep, we woke up so tired. The train is really loud, I know it's not something the hotel can fix, they try to help with earplugs but I think it should be mentioned in the description for transparency. There is a lot coming thru the room as well so it does not help with a restful night. Lastly it was quite hot in the room at night and we could not control the temperature.
lastly the bar looked very nice but was closed so we could not enjoy it.
